A casa estava super limpa - arrumada - organizada. Muito agradável. Fomos recepcionados pelo Luciano, caseiro do local. Muito gentil. A infraestrutura: nada negativo para citar. Eletrodomésticos/ utensílios/ móveis / jardim - tudo muito bem cuidados. Só tivemos um problema que considerei muito passível de ser negociado, mas o anfitrião foi inflexível. A capacidade da casa era inicialmente de 12 (divulgado na descrição do local). Depois informaram ser 10, relutei e "abriram a exceção" para 12. Minha família de 14 pessoas pernoitaria lá. Permitiram que pagássemos por day use por pessoa, por dia, mas pernoitar não, mesmo a casa podendo confortavelmente acomodar estas duas pessoas a mais. No fim, 4 familiares optaram por não ir. É um um encontro anual, tenho ótimas avaliações de todos os locais que aluguei ao longo de 7 anos. Compartilhei alguns com ele inclusive. O que posso dizer é que poderia ter sido muito melhor. Só não desisti, porque só tomei conhecimento poucos dias antes da nossa ida. Compreendo que hajam "regras", mas compreender alguma situações para serem mais receptivos e empáticos torna o negócio mais atrativo. Estive em lugares que pediram calção e achei justo. O calção sempre nos foi estornado. Enfim, o local pode proporcionar uma agradável experiência. A minha poderia ter sido muito melhor se todos da família pudessem ter estado juntos.
