Hotel was very good, as every Mercures. 2 minutes by walk from Paulista Avenue. This is the most important to be close to the downtown. Also, district is very safe because of neighbour of embassies. Crew was friendly and very professional. We got breakfast upgrade and generaly our stay was nice and friendly.
Mercure São Paulo Alamedas is an excellent option to stay in São Paulo. Just one block far from the Paulista Avenue, it is near several good restaurants, shoppings, bookstores, subway station and supermarkets. It also has an excellent service with chean end modern rooms and kind personnel. I recommend!
I have stayed at this property several times as it is close to Paulista Street. Shopping, Restaurants and a nice area. My only complaint is the Gym but all in all well located, nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, good wifi and great water pressure in the shower. All of these amenities are important to me when I travel.
It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The amenities in the priority room are great. The room service food was not good and the washroom was rather small but still functional. The location of the hotel it excellent! It is close to amazing restaurants, shopping, and the subway. I would definitely stay again.
Very poor hotel Internet is extremely bad and does not work if you are in bedroom, only in living room and even then it is bad My room did not have both windows, only 1 side so basically half my window was only with shutters Bathroom clogged first night AC extremely noisy... Never again
I stayed here only for a couple of nights, but the hotel is very centrally located, close to the New Centre in Sao Paulo (Avenida Paulista). The people working at the reception are polite and willing to help (not alway fluent in English though), and the room was very comfortable, with bedroom, kitchen area, living room, and bathroom. It was also quiet, which is surprising, considering the area. I enjoyed staying there, I almost wanted to stay longer to enjoy the room! I would definitely go back there if I go back to Sao Paulo. Ideal location, with excellent accommodation.
This has become one of my favourite hotels in São Paulo and I am very pleased to see how much it has improved since my last review a year ago! The reception has had a lift-up and is now very modern and appealing! All receptionists are always most kind and can tell you everything about São Paulo. The Mercure brand has no concierge per se but they do act as one, count on them! Breakfast has improved, juices are now all fresh, but it's the same warm dishes every day - a bit of variation would be fine! Also, we know that the restaurant/breakfast personel come from a third party, but why not having a uniform and identification of some sort? Internet is now excelent, strong and reliable! The pool on the top floor is a major relief on hot summer days! I still insist on the room space being better used - chaning the armchair for a pool would make a huge difference, as well as having a stylish clock on the wall! It is most conveniente to start and finish your tours or business plans from, you are better off nowehere else in Sampa!
A very good option in São Paulo downtowm Very well located, near the Subway and lots of restaurants, cafés and important places to visit; quallity of sleep is very good as the service There are rooms that fits well for a couple and two children
Excellent location . Staff kind, friendly and very proactive. Fourth roomy and well ventilated. Tight and weak shower bathroom. The air conditioning machine on the balcony is noisy and disturbed my sleep.
I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, for a few weeks at a time. The hotel itself has just had the reception area renovated and now looks very modern and fashionable. The rooms can vary but all the rooms I have stayed in have comfortable beds, compact bathrooms with powerful showers and a nice seperate 'walk in closet' with large fridges. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy, room service is good and so is the Laundry service during the week - it does not run over the weekend!! The best thing for me is the location, the hotel is a 5 min walk from Paulista Av, There are hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and you can easily access the metro line from a number of stations on Paulista.
