To be central in Sao Paulo with 20 Mio. inhabitants is a matter of opinion, but if you have to be close to Paulista or the Convention Center Rebouças, this is an option. Nothing special, my room was ok (I seemed to have received an upgrade to a "privilege room", thanks for that). Corridors not too inviting, entrance hall ok. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Noisy neighborhood. Stayed there only one night - can't judge on food (but many options around - for meat lovers I can recommend the "Fogo de Chao" churrasceria just in walking distance (300 m, area not too lonely, so I would regard as safe)).
Friendly and competent staff, great bed, excellent location. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The only thing I think could be improved is the fact that front apartments don't have double beds. Why not?
The room was satisfactory, the check in was quick. Breakfast was extra and a bit expensive. The lifts are really small and slow. The area felt safe and there were a lot of nice restaurants close by. Overall an enjoyable stay
Location is fairly central, near to Paulista Avenue, and Oscar Ferreira Shopping street. easy to get a cab to major shopping, or take a Metro from Avenida Paulista. Breakfast is only so so, but fresh.
Describe the service you experienced: good for reservation by hotel website Tell us how you liked the room: space, but it is necessary a place to put the lugage. Talk about the location & amenities: Excellent location. Amenities should be incresed Say what you liked best & least: It is necessary mantain the rooms and cleanliness. The breakfast also must be improved and the service should be prepared to receive many people.
The price and location for the hotel were both good. Right next to Paulista and the metro with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The Jardins area is also very safe. I was also very satisfied with the room. I think I chose a medium tier one but it was unusually large for this city. My only complaint was that I felt like breakfast was a little over priced for a hotel in São Paulo (30 reals).
Hotel was very good, as every Mercures. 2 minutes by walk from Paulista Avenue. This is the most important to be close to the downtown. Also, district is very safe because of neighbour of embassies. Crew was friendly and very professional. We got breakfast upgrade and generaly our stay was nice and friendly.

Just one block far from the Paulista Avenue, it is near several good restaurants, shoppings, bookstores, subway station and supermarkets. It also has an excellent service with chean end modern rooms and kind personnel. I recommend!
I have stayed at this property several times as it is close to Paulista Street. Shopping, Restaurants and a nice area. My only complaint is the Gym but all in all well located, nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, good wifi and great water pressure in the shower. All of these amenities are important to me when I travel.
It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The amenities in the priority room are great. The room service food was not good and the washroom was rather small but still functional. The location of the hotel it excellent! It is close to amazing restaurants, shopping, and the subway. I would definitely stay again.
