I had two bookings back to back as I was unsure of how long I needed to stay because of work. I did originally intend to stay for the entire stay but I received a terrible message about a death in the family. I tried to cancel my booking just hours after the cancellation policy because I had to fly back to Canada. I let them know about the tragedy and asked if they could have some empathy and be lenient with the return policy. It was a NO, pretty harsh given the circumstances if you ask me Also their internet barely works, couldn’t even stream Netflix. Stay somewhere else

Awesome value for money - comfortable but basic.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are small apartment style places. The living area and kitchen are basic. Expect no utensils beyond plates and cutlery (and the cooktop is electric). The bathroom was large and the hot water pressure was strong. Bed was comfortable. The room has a balcony and two AC units. WiFi was strong. Check in was a breeze and the location is great (felt safe and close to the main shopping strip). Breakfast was basic (but definitely not bad). The hallway outside the room had a horrible smell (but the room itself was fine). Really clean. I would definitely stay here again. It’a not a luxury place but definitely comfortable and great value for money! You won’t be disappointed.

It was just ok

Location is great walking distance to paulista ave Staff is friendly but I don't speak Portuguese so it was difficult to communicate They offer a basic breakfast It was ok We had booked a full size bed which turn out to be two twins put together We had a room in a higher floor and the view was great Internet service was ok sometimes we lost connection for several hours The room in itself could use a renovating It was and ok room for an ok price

Lacking amenities

Hotel did not have tea or coffee in room. No pots, no pans, no iron, no kettle. Once we bought our own kettle and tea bags, staff would not bring sugar to the room. Well located hotel for those on a budget who want to shop. However, there are no perks. Bare basics.

Inexpensive option for Sao Paulo business district

Average apartment hotel in a good location. 2 blocks away from Paulista Avenue in a safe neighbourhood with decent restaurants around. The hotel is good for the price but don't expect upmarket facilities or luxury. Pool and fitness is very small. Staff were friendly enough - wifi worked most of the time (good for Brazil)
