Excellent location and friendly staff

I spent two weeks at this hotel and found that it exceeded my expectations. It was clean and very well run. Breakfast was good with a fair range of choice both hot and cold. As for some past comments about the personal safety in that area, I cannot say that at any time did I feel threatened or unsure about moving about town day or night. The hotel is easy walking distance to all necessary things such as metro rail system, centre of the city, banks and tourist info centre. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who does not want to pay a fortune but gets looked after. There may be some people that do not like noisy air conditioners, but myself personally, I think they are great for blocking out any unwanted street noise.

the staff at this hotel were welcoming and friendly, reception, cleaners and breakfast. the wifi worked ok. plenty for breakfast and replenished with speed. the location is excellent near a metro and you can walk to quite a few places. the bathroom was clean but the floor in the room was quite dirty when i arrived. the two areas not so great was no tea provided at breakfast and maintenance could be better especially if furniture is damaged it should be repaired or removed from the room, some bed sheets had holes in them and the door handle was loose.

Close to old-town center

Personnel very friendly, but difficult to communicate with them when you have a question or need some help. In reception personnel speak mostly only Portuguese - difficult for visitors from abroad.

Outros lugares são melhores

Se tiver outro pela mesma faixa de preço, talvez valha mais a pena... Ar condicionado bem velho mas como tava frio não cheguei a usar, paredes bem manchadas e sujas, assim como a roupa de cama, móveis antigos e avariados, mas achei um charme os puxadores de alguns, banheiro beeeem lamentável, tomar banho só de lado, bem fora dos padrões box e portas. Travesseiros não muito confortáveis. Não tem tomada no banheiro para secador e nem muitos no quarto, a sorte que eu sempre levo uma extensão junto para carregar as coisas. Como não tem restaurante, temos que pedir comida fora e depois eles só entregam talheres de plástico, nenhum mísero copo de plástico foram capazes de me dar, prato? Acho que nem passa pela cabeça deles. Eu esperava que um hotel pequeno e que não traz tanto conforto compensasse no atendimento. Mas eles fazem questão de além de tudo não quererem que ninguém volte. O atendimento acho que é um dos pontos que mais afastam. Exceto por um que trabalha na parte da tarde, que foi super simpático todo o tempo.

Posso iniciar meu relato dizendo que foi a pior experiência que já tivemos, ao olharmos as imagens oferecidas no site nos deparamos com uma acomodação agradável , costumamos viajar eu e minha família para desfrutarmos de momentos agradáveis no decorrer dos passeios, e zelamos muito pelo conforto uma dormida bacana, um banho digno! Ao chegarmos no estabelecimento nos deparamos com uma recepção física muuuuuuuito impactante, ao adentrarmos no quarto foi a pior surpresa, cama de lastros, colchões muito velhos e fora de higiene, guarda-roupas e uma penteadeira com uma cadeira de madeira que dava até medo de puxarmos para sentar assustadores, uma tv de tubo de 14 polegadas ( ainda bem que era em cores ), no banheiro uma cortina tipo aqueles filmes de terror que o assassino está escondido atrás da cortina, ar-condicionado JAMAIS! Se contente com um ventilador de teto que se acionado respire poeira! Roupa de cama, trocadas não se sabe exatamente quando, uma janela que de tão antiga siquer fecha! Café da manhã, como alguém pode chamar de café!Uma cozinha de dar embrulhos no estômago! Até o cheiro !!! Há mais uma coisa legal, dispunham de torneiras e chuveiro com a temperatura da água quente! Quanto a localização, no coração do centro isso TB foi bacana! Mas com toda certeza foi uma experiência que jamais queremos repetir! Esse tipo de estabelecimento é indicado, para aquelas pessoas que vão apenas para fazerem compras e não desejam conforto! Não recomendado para hospedagem familiar

Ao chegar no hotel nao fui muito bem recepcionada, fiz a mesma pergunta 4 vezes para poder receber a resposta ou seja pessoa muito desatenta e com uma ma vontade enorme de responder. porém apos o segundo dia a pessoa da recepção ja nao era ele entao tudo mudou. Todos os outros foram muito receptivos e super atenciosos...queria ter chegado em um outro dia para nao ter a impressao ruim que tive no primeiro dia. Agora a limpeza nao foi legal nao, encontramos uma camisinha em baixo da cama e uma toalha velha e mofada atras da porta.

Gostei bastante do hotel, funcionários mt receptivos, excelente localização, bares, mercadinho, salão de beleza, academia, farmácia, td mt próximo ao hotel! O quarto que eu fiquei é bem amplo com varanda, cama macia e conforável, os móveis são antigos mas sei que q mantém assim pelo hotel ser antigo e ser patrimônio cultural de SP. Td estava limpo e organizado, só senti falta de tomadas próxima a minha cama, tive que usar a tomada do banheiro e senti falta tb de um ferro de passar roupa ( por favor comprem um ferro rs ) no mais a estadia foi mt tranquila, café da manhã mt bom com varias opções! Espero voltar em uma outra oporrunidade!

Chek-in burocrático e ambiente não muito familiar

Infelizmente já na chegada a primeira decepção, atendimento todo analógico, apesar de já ter descrevido na reserva que estava com criança e pago on line no app tentaram me convencer, que tinha que pagar mais uma taxa pela estadia do meu filho, a princípio nos deram um quarto no primeiro andar com camas baixíssimas, onde o cheiro de cigarro do bar que tinha embaixo da janela invadia todo o quarto, solicitei a troca de quarto e fui prontamente atendida e a qualidade do novo quarto era outra, mas apesar de camas e travesseiros confortáveis, as toalhas de banho precisam urgentemente serem substituidas estavam muito desgastadas sem condições de uso, dentro do nosso quarto tinha uma porta que dava acesso ao quarto ao lado de onde veio uma voz masculina que não deixou eu e meu filho nem um pouco confortáveis, e por fim o banheiro apesar de um bom chuveiro, tinham várias baratinhas, enfim não é um hotel para uma pernoite em família ou mulheres solo
