The apartment is in an excellent location, within a safe and secure building. Communication with Raul was quick and seamless—he was attentive, responsive, and truly helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return on my next visit.

O apartamento é bonitinho, muitos armários, novo, boa iluminação, cortinas blackout, internet, utensílios de cozinha, a portaria é 24 horas. A limpeza poderia estar um pouco melhor. Minha principal observação é quanto a roupa de cama, só tinha pra 2 pessoas e somos 3 (tem sofá cama na sala), e só 2 travesseiros. E as toalhas também só tinham duas, bem gastas já, e sem tapete de piso para o banheiro. Melhorando essa parte fica uma hospedagem muito boa! E outra observação é o horário de checkout, muito cedo, 10:00.

Apto lindo e novo mas ao lado de uma obra de prédio onde começaram 6h com muito barulho. Éramos três hóspedes e somente deixaram dois travesseiros. O pé do sofá cama estava quebrado e não vieram consertar…tiramos os demais e foi resolvido. Utensílios de cozinha, secador de cabelo e chuveiro excelentes, prédio seguro mas a rua não nos sentimos seguros p caminhar. Foram muito gentis em permitir que deixássemos as bagagens antes do horário de chek in.
