A good hotel and a convenient and classy location close to a shopping area. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished though not ultra modern. The quality / rate ratio is very acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
If you are looking for a honest and confortable hosting, traveling for business or leisure, this is a very good choice. Localization, confort, breakfast, parking, etc., all very good but no luxury. Buit remember that in Sao Paulo city it is very important to be located close to the places you want to visit...
A small hotel that could do with some modernisation. Having said that, the bedroom was quite spacious, and very clean but the bathroom quite small. No problems at all with good hot water. The employees were all very friendly and helpful, and from what I heard with a better level of English than in many hotels. The breakfast was good, not a huge choice but all very tasty. The location of course is excellent, very close to Avenida Paulista, but in a street that was reasonably quiet, my room was front facing on the eighth floor and I had non problems with noise at all. A good selection of restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood. All in all I would highly recommend the Estanplaza Paulista,
The hotel is great, good location, price VFM...etc. We have stayed here multiple times... but every time the only thing we don't like is the check in process is really slow. Even that we've stayed here before and they have our data, it still takes such a long time to check in and get to our rooms. But this time (Jan/2017) when we stayed... we know why its so slow.... (read on....) We stayed here with about 10 colleagues, since we had a party in a nearby restaurant and all of us live in suburban SP outside the city, and also the next morning we have a Golf tournament with the same colleagues in SP. To our surprise... ALL of us suffered credit card fraud some as big as R$8K within days/weeks of our stay. The only place all of us used these credit cards were in this Hotel, and this is the only explanation we could think of. So all of you considering to stay here, just be careful of the front desk guys taking unnecessary notes or something... I don't know how they do it, but assuming they had the chance to see the numbers and even the 3 digit security code on the card, and they have our not only names, but also addresses on file... seems kinda easy for them to do what ever they want. We are all very disappointed because the bureaucracy to get a new credit card in this country can be a pain in the neck... BE CAREFUL EVERYONE!!
This was my first visit to Sao Paulo. The hotel is in a good location, 2 blocks from Paulista Avenue. The rooms are a good size with a sofa area, flat screen TV, comfortable beds. A good range of items at breakfast. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and really made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is easy walking distance from he metro. I'd definitely stay in this hotel next time I'm in the city.
Estanplaza Paulista hotel's staff were so polite, comprehensive and helpful that they made my stay memorable. Starting with receptionist, through to the cooker, waiter, room service and housekeeping, everybody was kind and made everything they could to provide and amazing experience. Some people like Nadia, Eri, Vitor and Victor really went an extra mile to make me comfortable with the limitations I had at the time. Even though the room was just ok, and the shower was a bit small, I'm sure looking foward to my next travel to São Paulo. I'll definitely book Estanplaza on my next trip.
This hotel is close to Av. Paulista, and many good addresses in the "Jardins" location. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is no noise from the streets on higher floors, and the spa center is small but well kept. Continental breakfast has a rural touch, a very good "café da manhã da fazenda". Fruit, juices, fruit salad, pão de queijo, cheese, scrambled eggs, a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries. It is served in the central garden, surrounded by trees, and waiters attract birds outside the room, by offering them their breakfast: papaya on a bowl. It is an oasis in the middle of a block of tall buildings, in the heart of the business center of the capital of São Paulo state. I would go back to this hotel.
We chose this hotel mainly because of the fare, which was lower than other hotels in the same area. It is ok: room are nice, staff is well trained, services are generally good and the breakfast is excellent! But the facilities definitely need some kind of renewal.
The Estanplaza is another cozy boutique hotel in the upscale Jardins district of São Paulo. The hotel is only a short walk from Avenida Paulista and is part of a small 7 chain hotel system in the city. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed and might have one or two small balconies. Cafe de manha is adequate and the TOM restaurant offers a wide variety of regional cuisine. Rooftop bar, health center, sauna, and a piscina which is just a small pool with warm water. Staff are helpful if you need direction or translation. Prices are reasonable even with a stronger Brazilian Real. Recommended.
A nice, boutiqe-like hotel two blocks away from Avenida de Paulista. Staff is friendly and jowial. Rooms are (very) spacious, although furniture looks a bit dated. Beds are firm and comfy. The Internet in the room works fine (WiFi). Bathrooms are surprisingly small and basic. Breakfasts are very nice and there's lot of different food to choose from. I loved the "Brazilian farm" selection.
