The lack of communication and the lack of prompt assistance made my Damian’s I request for help to Expedia agents and help us find another location to stay few days before this property sent us a message of cancellation on their and due to repairs but they continued to have the same unit we paid for available on their site. This place was a scam! They take your money when you book it non-refundable and you are stuck with no where to stay days prior your arrival. Terrible customer service. I am a mother traveling with an 11 year old to this country for the very first time, me made this property be aware of my situation and no communication, just email last minute. The sense of insecurity of where my daughter and I would sleep was a horrible feeling to have and not knowing the language, even worse, intensifying the uneasiness if the property would do right by us. Don’t trust this place!!

O prédio é bom e a localização é excelente. No térreo tem churrascaria. O flat tem sujidades na pintura. A ducha joga água para fora e molha todo o banheiro. Tem muito formigas na pia. A decoração está muito descuidada. A recepção informar que não tem nenhuma relação com o hotel.

Esse apartamento em específico esta precisando de uma manutenção, o ralo do banheiro entupido, demora escoar a água. A limpeza dos ralos deixa a desejar. O restante da estrutura esta razoável pelo custo beneficio. Só precisa melhorar essa questao do banheiro.

Localização boa, mas o apartamento está em más condições, com vazamento no banheiro, móveis velhos, carpete gasto, quase sem utensílios na cozinha e sem internet (modem com conexão quebrada). A comunicação é eletrônica, então respondem sempre a mesma coisa e não resolvem os problemas. De boa qualidade apenas a roupa de cama e banho. Não é aconselhável levar crianças, porque a varanda não tem proteção nenhuma.

Inicialmente digo da educação e presteza dos porteiros do prédio,soh por isso não foi um desastre,mas do apartamento tenho duras críticas:aspecto geral velho e sujo,móveis banheiro com sinais de mofo,ar condicionado com botões quebrados e com fuligem pura,não tive a coragem de liga-lo.rede Wi-Fi não funciona.eu fortemente não recomendo.método de check in tbem ruim.

Apto necessitando de alguns reparos (infiltrações, varal da cortina e rodapés dos quartos soltando). Ar condicionados não funcionaram. Aguardei manutenção por 02 dias e não fui atendida. Ofereceram a troca de apto, porém, em acomodação inferior. Pouquíssimos utensílios de cozinha (02 pares de talher, 02 copos, 01 xícara, pratos e panelas em maior quantidade) Pontos Positivos: Bem localizado. Bairro muito tranquilo. Loja de conveniência na esquina. Nas proximidades (a pé): Padarias, supermercado e estação de metrô (linha vermelha: Marechal Deodoro).

Ótima localização, ao lado da delegacia, tem estacionamento terceirizado no local pra quem aluga sem essa opção, por bom preço a diária. Portaria muito gentil, rápida, ficamos no ap 31 com camas muito confortáveis, apenas um quarto fez falta uma cortina na janela que fica na frente da cama e além da claridade, dá pra ver o outro predio. Tem conveniencia 24h na esquina.

Péssima experi~encia.

Infelizmente nossa estadia foi decepcionante. Logo na entrada, o zelador do prédio, senhor Paulo, foi extremamente grosseiro e nos proibiu de utilizar o banheiro da área comum do prédio, mesmo já tendo nos identificado e o porteiro já ter visto que tinhamos uma reserva no local. O porteiro foi muito gentil, mas oz elador começou a gritar, tirando a autoridade do porteiro e não deixando que ele realziasse o seu trabalho. O apartamento encontra-se em péssimas ondições de conservgação, principalmente os banheiros, que inundam quandos e liga o chuveiro. Esse estabelecimento necessita de reformas urgentes.
