Great hotel for business purpose, good breakfast, good internet and good commodities

except for a couple of complains regarding the cleanliness of the room, quickly corrected, the hotel and their staff were great

PROS -- Good area with restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. -- Safe area -- Room is spacious and has been updated. -- Friendly, helpful staff. CONS -- Soundproofing is lacking so you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. Mine were playing very loud music! The staff was accommodating and gave me a new room in a floor that was quiet. -- The bathroom is very small. And I couldn't tell if the bathroom has been updated along with the room. -- WiFi is incredibly slow.

Hotel near a lot of good spots in a safe area with the charming top view. Food is great.

This hotel was comfortable and the staff was nice, but I had connectivity issues the entire time I was there. The help desk was somewhat helpful, but never fully resolved the issue.

Old but clean and well kept hotel in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to several good restaurants. Too far away from the main airport

needs to be renovated, all the way from towels to rooms - looks old and worn. breakfast also needs to be upgraded - not at business guest quality - feels like Holiday Inn Express friendly and efficient staff and well located

Good location close to my meetings at Faria Lima and fabulous Iguatemi Mall. Close to good dining options like Sao Bento for atmosphere and A Esperanca for pizza. Vanessa in Reception was very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was excellent. TV channels were fine as was internet except for difficulty getting wifi on a second device.

Great value hotel. The location wasn't perfect for tourists but it is only a short taxi anywhere. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The room was very big and had comfy beds. The rooftop pool has great views and gets sun all day. they also have a modern gym which is great if you want to work out. Great value for money.

The location and staff are outstanding, the facilities are adequate considering the available space. The rooms are a bit small but once again, it's in the center of the garden district so space is limited. They do a great job with what they have. One of the best parts is that the neighborhood seems really safe.

near of restaurant ..dou cochi Italian. portugues restaurant very good

The people were very friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast but was very satisfied with that. The rooms were small and the bathroom only had a shower which for me is OK but that is the only down side I saw. The biggest plus on the hotel was the location. A block or two from great little shops, restaurants and pubs.

Clean rooms, quiet, shopping and restaurants nearby. A little stiff on the price for an extra non orbits room nite (220). Safe, lively neighborhhod. Convenient drugstore across the street. Brazil shopping especially clothes is no bargain by us standards but enjoyable to look.
