My wife and I stayed at the Caesar Business hotel for two weeks while I was on business. The property was new, clean, and well kept. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. For any hotel it was poor, for a business hotel it was awful. But that was the only issue. The outstanding part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone we came in contact with, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, and the front desk, were professional and friendly, but most of all they were enjoyable and helpful. One staff member in particular, Deivid Parreira, actually provided us with his personal contact information so that we could contact him on his days off if we had any questions about the area since it was our first time in Brazil.
Nice place in a great location. I stayed for two weeks while on a business trip and found the place very pleasant and enjoyable. Nice rooms, good food for breakfast or dinner, convenient location for shopping or going out to many restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance to a nice park. The thing that could use improvement is the WiFi connection which I did not think was as fast or easy to connect to as I would expect from a business hotel. Not sure if that's the hotel or the internet service provider. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Professional cleaning staff, great service in the restaurant, excellent staff at the front desk. I think all the front desk personnel were great and very helpful and I especially thought David went above and beyond in providing assistance and making guests feel welcome. He even helped me get tickets to a must see soccer game which I was unable to get on my own despite trying very hard. Turned out to be a great experience. I would recommend the place to anyone.
Very good location. Great restaurants and bars around. had a few problems with our room. It was supposed to be a deluxe room but there were some broken lights and also had a problem with the bathroom sink. Expensive but Great breakfast
Very good staff, outstanding location surrounded by pleasant restaurants and bars. There is a big shopping mall across from the hotel. There is also a park walking distant excelent for a walk, jogging or so. The breakfast is good also.
I stayed at this hotel twice in 1 week. Overall it was good, you got what you expected. This is pretty much a business hotel. Not much going on, people come and people go. Front Desk staff helpful. Restaurant service left something to be desired. Ordered a simple Hamburger, 45 minutes later it arrived cold. I think it was left behind in the window. The waiter replaced it. Bill came it was wrong, took 3 tries to get it right, very late at night and now I'm just tired of it. Breakfast, my omelette was missed twice for other peoples orders. Room good, AC worked well. Bathroom, good and clean. Overall very simple, but what you need for a business trip. There is a gym, but it is next store at the Pullman, so ask if you have questions. The gym is pretty good. There are some good food near by, so ask at the desk. Try Emporio Ravioli if you want some good Italian food. Mall near by, has a food court, so a quick option if needed.
Close to Faria Lima. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection ok. The only really negative is the internet connection. Super slow, from an Hotel which carries "Business" in the name I would expect a speedier internet.
I stayed in this hotel in July 2017 for 3 nights. Good range of breakfast. Friendly staff and located in one of the best areas. But still didn't this value for money. Lot of eating joints, bars and clubs around this place.
Poor hotel services, specially frigobar. Breakfast costs Reais 50 per person are out of proportion. Hotel location is rather isolated, forcing use of car/taxi/uber for any activity. A workable alternative for dinner or expensive shopping is a mall placed 60 mts from the hotel.Forget then breakfast outside the hotel since the mall services open at 10:00 am.
I stayed here recently overnight before my flight out the following morning. The people on the front desk are professional and friendly and they have good English skills. The check in process was quick, efficient and easy. The rooms were very clean and well presented, the rooms were quiet and sound proof (I can't sleep if I can hear the people in the next room). I would definitely recommend staying here.
I stayed for two nights, during a national holiday in Brazil. Therefore the hotel was completely vacant. However, service at the front desk was very disappointed. I arrived at 11am, and they didn't allow an early check-in without a fee (half daily rate). I understand that hotel check-in time is at 2pm, but the hotel was completely vacant, and they had available rooms. This is a very simple example that they could train better the staff to avoid that kind of mistakes, avoiding losing clients.
