Good for the money. Could be better!

It is located close to LUZ station for bus, subway. Do not walk and read cellphone message on the street, cell phone had risk of being taken away. The hotel is Modern design look inside and outside, security guard is on board. You need to swipe the room card before press the floor button. Small single room, clean, mattress is hard, but goog for me, quiet, air conditioner is very powerful. No cup, no microwave oven. No coffee pot, no clock. Round charge plug on wall for devices. Be sure to bring in an adaptor. Breakfast buffet is very good. Front desk staffs are professional. They speak good english. My luggage was swap and missing at the airport, they help me to call the airport to track the claim in portuges. Airport hotline was in local language only, e-mail was not in English. My stay is good, could be better if there are facial tissues and cups in the room. I forgot to mention, there is a small gym and children's playroom on the third floor.

Eu fiquei em muitos apartamentos localizados em todo o mundo e este é de longe o menor apartamento que eu já vi. Quase não há espaço suficiente para duas pessoas funcionarem dentro do apartamento. Também devido ao design ruim da cortina da janela, a luz pode entrar no apartamento, tornando impossível dormir após o nascer do sol, se você preferir um quarto escuro. Devido a isso, eu não voltaria.

O hotel é ótimo, quarto família possui divisória entre a cama do casal e as camas de solteiro, o que é sensacional possibilitando maior privacidade e organização. Café da manhã não possui muitas opções, porém atende as necessidades de uma alimentação matinal. Não tem toalha de rosto nos banheiros, isso é muito chato e inconveniente, pois você se obriga a utilizar a toalha de banho para secar o rosto e mãos sempre que precisar. Mas o chuveiro é maravilhoso, sendo tudo muito bem limpo. Atendentes atenciosos, chegamos uns 30 minutos antes do horário para check in, e mesmo assim permitiram nos instalarmos no quarto. Restaurante do hotel não chegamos a utilizar, achamos os valores um pouco salgado por se tratar de pratos a lá carte, assim optamos por comer em outro lugar no almoço e a noite pedir algo pelo Ifood. A Localização é sensacional, apesar dos riscos que quase todos os locais de SP possuem, foi muito tranquilo pois existe muito policiamento na região, além de ficar muito perto de tudo... Adoramos
