The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. A half empty Coca-Cola can in the fridge, some trash in the bin, and dirt on the carpet. The bed was made though, with what I hope was clean bed linen. There was also not even a bar of soap in the bathroom, which I could sort with a trip to a nearby grocery store but I would have been very disappointed had I arrived at a time when those are closed.

Desde o checkin a experiência já foi muito boa, pois foi tudo pelo celular e reconhecimento facial, não precisa falar com ninguém (não tem porteiro no prédio, é tudo digital, muito prático) Quando chegamos, o apto estava bem limpo e arrumado, e nele tem tudo que é necessário: toalhas, itens de cozinha, etc Mas o que mais gostei foi a varanda! Pra quem é apaixonado pela vista noturna de prédios, como eu, vai adorar! O apto é perto de muitas conveniências/restaurante/ e claro, da Av Paulista, dá para ir a pé Não tem estacionamento, mas deixamos em um bem pertinho, onde o valor de 24h era 50,00.

As condições de limpeza da acomadoção não estavam boas. Pia, fogão, talheres engordurados, chão sujo, tapete cheio de cabelo... Poderiam, tb, colocar uma porta com isolamento acústico para minimizar o som do ar condicionado no quarto. A localização é boa, tranquila, mas precisa melhorar a limpeza.
