Excelente localização, bairro residencial, calmo mas com muitas opções de bares ,restaurantes e supermercados e padarias. O prédio está bem conservado e tem o bom sistema de segurança. Bom benefício., mas precisa melhorar as condições do banheiro, bem como, colocar barra de apoio dentro box, trocar o piso por um anti derrapante e outros acessórios para banhos. O sofá precisa ser melhorado. A piscina é muito boa e a academia tem o básico. No mais, voltaria a me hospedar neste estabelecimento.
