I made two reservations at this hotel. However, they only provided one roll of toilet paper, a very small bar of soap, and a small sachet of shampoo. Check-in is at 3 PM, but they ask guests to check out by 11 AM. Additionally, my damage deposit has not been refunded yet. I was also disappointed that the person who contacted me via WhatsApp did not offer any solution to these issues

The stay was great. However I was very disappointed with the purchase of cancellation insurance. I tried to cancel weeks in advance and it was denied even though I paid extra for this protection and peace of mind.

Estadia tranquila, confortal e ideal para o periodo de frio em sao paulo, pq nao tem ar condicionado. Nao sei se é confortável nos periodos de calor, pois não tem circulação de ar, mesmo sendo no ultimo andar.
