I arrived at the property but no one was there. Difficult to check in. Without my taxi driver help it would have been impossible. I stayed at this place for 7 days no cleaning whatsoever.

Communication and check-in was terrible. Waited 2hr20min to check in. Was not provided with wifi/check in instructions prior to check in as promised. Virtual front desk communicates with you through camera/keypad on door. Which is a great concept but can be challenging for international tourists as English is not widely spoken and ALL apartment communication (emails and messages) are in Pt. Positive: Apartment was spacious, well located and generally good. Great bed and couch too. Tried twice to get a cancellation and refund but no luck. Took the loss and checked out 3 days earlier anyways due to the unsavory communication and service provision.

Studio bem localizado, contudo deixa a desejar.

Studio bonito e bem localizado, contudo a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, o banheiro exalava cheiro de esgoto, moveis com marcar de copos e engordurados, tampa do vaso totalmente solta, os spots nos trilhos de led estavam mal encaixados e a maioria das lampadas não ligavam e por fim, o ar condicionado é do tipo só frio, sendo que nos dias que fiquei hospedado, a temperatura chegou a 5°C, ou seja, passei frio pois não tinha cobertor.
