Razoável

Razoável. Pelas fotos, o apartamento parece ser mais novo do que realmente é. A localização não é muito boa. Os banheiros são muito pequenos, estavam com mal cheiro e o chuveiro de um deles não estava esquentando a água. Quartos sem ar condicionado, mas com ventiladores em todos. Sala e cozinha ok.
