Viajei para ficar 3 dias e acabei ficando 5. O flat está em ótima localização, próximo aos pontos principais de Santos ( shopping, restaurantes, mercados e área de lazer ), acho o local ideal para casal, acredito que para mais pessoas perderia um pouco da privacidade, ele está bem organizado e bem decorado, prédio com portaria e próximo à praia. A anfitriã está de parabéns com seu atendimento, bem prestativa, educada e muito cuidadosa com os detalhes, limpeza impecável, prédio tranquilo em um ambiente familiar . Com certeza voltarei Obs: EVITEM A PADARIA NA ESQUINA DO PRÉDIO. Muito mau avaliada no Google, com funcionários e donos mau educados e produtos de qualidade duvidosa, recomendo o mercado Jangada que fica próximo e os valores estão dentro da realidade e com produtos de qualidade

Qué vergüenza con ustedes, es la primera vez con VRBO, vengo a Brasil desde hace 25 años, nunca me había pasado, la anfitriona publicó en filtro "estacionamiento",lo cual limita las opciones generalmente a las más caras, me dijo muy fresca que el estacionamiento era en la calle, me hizo el check-in a la seis de la tarde el sábado me mudé a otro que sí tiene estacionamiento y todavía no consigo que me haga el check-out, viajo todos los años 3200 kilómetros en auto para venir a Santos, como dije desde hace 25 años, nunca tuve un problema para alquilar, ni con Booking, ni con AIRBNB, incluso mi esposo alquiló por Alugue Temporada y ahora estoy todos los días esperando que esta mujer se comunique conmigo, es una barbaridad, yo trabajo duro todo el año para poder hacer este viaje, me parece una vergüenza. pésima experiencia, me gustaría saber cómo califican a los anfitriones y cómo controlan los filtros, para poder confiar y tener más opciones, gracias.

Estadia maravilhosa, a Maria super atenciosa nós recebeu c cafezinho expresso, bombons e deixou até milho pra usarmos na pipoqueira elétrica, tudo de cortesia. Uma fofa... Tudo muito limpo, localização excelente, A Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Porteiro e zelador educados e prestativos, só sintoimos falta de estacionamento, tive que deixar o carro na rua. De resto tudo bom.
