Where do you start? The views are totally breathtaking every minute of the day and well into the night. The accommodation is heavenly, our room had a jacuzzi and personal balcony overlooking the caldera. The food is truly stunning and the staff know how to treat guests. A really exceptional holiday experience.
I usually like to talk and give my opinion....but this time I am speechless. The most beautiful and stunning place I have ever had the privilege to visit. The view is simply spectacular, words cant do justice. Service is amazing as well. Only 25 rooms. So peaceful and beautiful......if a higher rating existed I would give it
When we arrived we instantly felt we were more than guests...We became part of the family. Greg and his wonderful staff are simply the best. They helped us enjoy a totally stress-free stay; arranging cars, preparing very special meals, and just talking around the many relaxing areas of the hotel. The view is gorgeous and our room had a private balcony with a view of the Caldera, as well as a private swimming pool.. Just for my wife and I to privately enjoy. If you are coming to Santorini, this is your place to make memories!
Beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly & helpful staff. Lovely breakfast daily. It was great to have a shuttle bus service to and from Fira. Amazing views and great suites. So happy I booked my stay at Petit Palace.
The place is amazing. I arrived 5am in the morning so room is not yet available but the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and she offer me an early breakfast and made me feel very welcome. The food is fantistic. They have free shuttle bus service to town. You can take public bus from the airport to town for 1.40eur then take the free shuttle bus to hotel or avail their airport transfer at 12eur each person for one way. I will definitely come back!!!
First class all the way. From first contact to departure the staff could not do enough for you. Excellent shuttle service to Fira provided free to guests. Breakfast choices were overwhelming, and all were a treat for the senses. Rooms were immaculate and the million dollar views were from every room. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Well done!
We stayed at Petit Palais for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon in Greece and it has definitely been one of the highlights of our trip! The location on the edge of the caldera provides beautiful views of the sea and the volcano. It's located just outside of Fira so the free shuttles into town were very helpful. The staff were super helpful for everything, from arranging a sunset cruise to helpng return our hire car. The suites are so spacious and comfortable. Best of all, you can't help but admire the stunning view from wherever you are in the hotel. Highly recommended!
Me and my partner returned yesterday from Santorini after spending a week staying in the gorgeous suites of Petit Palace. Everything from check in to check out was absolutely perfect. Greg (the manager) did a tremendous job of making sure all of our needs were catered for, the food in the hotel restaurant was amazing, and the staff were truly incredible!! Not to mention the views you get from your suites at the hotel are breathtaking, Santorini has a huge privacy issue but where the hotel is built it is away from the public but with a short complimentary shuttle bus to and from the town Fira each day you are never far from the restaurants and Greek night life. My partner actually proposed whilst we were away at this hotel and I couldn’t think of anywhere better to be. I would 100% recommend staying in one of their Honeymoon suites like we did which comes with a private pool, it makes the perfect spot of lounging around and relaxing. I am more than happy with the service we were both provided with by all the staff, if I could give them 100 stars on Tripadvisor I would❤️ I will definitely be returning!!
What a wonderful experience. The hotel was amazing and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our every need was taken care of. The view every night was breathtaking and the food was the best on the island. Truly recommend!
This hotel has got to be undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places to stay in Santorini. Whilst you are admittedly just outside of Fira (and I mean just - the hotel has a shuttle bus going into town) the location couldn't be more stunning. You're not squashed in by other hotels either side of you were you to stay in central Fira or Oia. Our room had the most amazing panoramic view across the caldera and sea which allowed us a stunning view of the sunset each evening. You could easily spend an entire day at the property itself, which we did one afternoon enjoying the sunshine and pool area (and probably too much wine!). The rooms are well equipped and immaculately clean. The staff pleasant and professional and really cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is seriously good - the variety of choice extensive and everything I ate at the hotel very very good (try the stuffed squid if you eat there for dinner - so good). Greg the manager is a font of knowledge on tips on what to do during your visit to Santorini. He's always on hand with an endless supply of fabulous restaurants to visit and was generally a really nice guy. A truly wonderful place to stay I can't recommend it enough.
