This hotel was like a beautiful dream. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, and the service were all impeccable. I loved everything about it, especially the view. This is the ultimate Santorini experience.

Excellent property with wonderful staff. Views are beautiful. Very clean with strong attention to detail. Breakfast is really good and turn down service nice. Atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. We will return. As in most of Santorini be prepared to walk the steps. The Oia experience is great.

This property is very unique. The rooms are said to be carved into the cliff but, I suspect that is possibly an embellishment. They are of adequate size but feel a little tight. If you have difficulty with stairs of various rise (height), and lots of them, this may not be the best property for you. It is a bit of a workout climbing up to street level. The proximity to shopping and restaurants is excellent and the views from the room, pool, and restaurants are absolutely breathtaking.

As many other hotels overlooking the Caldera, Mystique is somehow complicated to reach and once you are there it's all an up-and-down of sometimes several steps. Also, not all rooms give you a full privacy (I mean, you have a nice terrace but people can see you staying there). In other conditions, I would not truly like this. But this IS the only possible compromise to allow a very good view of the Caldera and good comfort to all guests (and by the way people from the street cannot look into the hotel, differently from many other nice hotels in Oia). Also, the hotel is just few meters before the pedestrian area starts, so it is still away from the crowd without being far from the main village. Rooms are nice, interiors are simple but typical and well kept, the staff is a must: fast, reliable, showing a strong commitment in all their duties. Food is amazing, and prices are high but much less than in the over-demanded typical restaurants with a view in the village (and the view here is amazing as well).

Celebrating our anniversary, my husband and I were greeted at checkin with fresh coffee and lemonade - we arrived around 7am after taking the first flight out of Athens, and so our room wasn’t ready. The hotel put us up in a “holding” room- complete with bed, shower and access to the pool and amenities until our room was ready... all at no extra charge! That was the best nap of our lives! In addition, we attended a Platinum/VIP cocktail event at sunset one evening, and it was well-organized, food and drink were delicious. We met some really nice honeymoon couples as well. All in all, super service, pleasant and attentive staff, and wonderful experience. I hope to be fortunate enough to return someday!

This hotel is just beautiful, the views are stunning, the rooms are so authentic and the bed is the most comfortable i have ever stayed in. We sat in our private hot tub looking out over the perfect view feeling the most unreal sense of calm and peace possible. The breakfast was just delicious! the small touches like a bowl of beautiful fresh fruit and delicious fresh lemonade on arrival after a long journey were just wonderful. It was wonderful to see such service still exists with the most welcoming friendly smiles. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are a wonderful team.

Catered elegance from the moment you arrive the hotel exceeds every imaginable expectation. The in house restaurant is a MUST even if not staying there. The special accommodations made for my family set a new benchmark for Service to Guests on unrivaled expectations. We came as guests and left as family. Personalized private yet available service one can only dream for. THIS is the only place to stay if visiting Santorini.

I must say, this gorgeous hotel has now become one of our favorites from our many years of traveling the world! We absolutely loved every second that we spent there and are already planning our return! The views take your breath away, of course, but the staff are also what makes this luxury hotel even more special. Our room was incredible (the Mystery Villa) with a heated private pool (YES!!). The villa was large and beautiful, very quiet - we didn't want to leave! The restaurants at the resort are incredible, we could have eaten every meal there and been quite happy! Dinner in the Secret Wine Cave is an absolute must...I've never felt more special! A big thank you to Annita, Kostandia and Alexandra...those girls are incredible! The best hotel in Oia!!

We have been very pleased with The Mystique. Westin's Luxury Collection does not disappoint. The breakfast on the terrace was simply magical. There are several different room sizes and I would recommend an upgrade if possible! The only negative I have is the hydro tub. We booked the room anticipating the hydro tub being able to work as a bath tub. Honestly, it does not really work well as either. I would recommend either upgrading to a separate hot tub or go with a room without a hydro tub and have a separate bath tub All in all, this "problem" is no problem at all! Hotel, staff, views, location, ambiance, etc are exceptional! You will not be let down!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week at the beginning of September. We booked a jacuzzi suite (No38) which was fabulous with a spacious seating area, lovely bedroom area with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The terrace with the jacuzzi was spacious and very well positioned. We were not particularly overlooked and as it is at the end of a row there were very few guests passing by. It had fantastic views of the caldera. It was positioned in such a way that we got the morning sun but was in the shade in the late afternoon/ evening. We were hugely impressed by all of the staff and what made our stay special was the attention to detail and the personal touch. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and there was a small army of cleaners and very impressive porters almost continuously working. Restaurant staff were particularly friendly and efficient and we received a warm welcome in the mornings at breakfast especially from Alexandra at the Charisma restaurant and Fitos in the Captains lounge. Costas was also very pleasant and efficient when we ate in the restaurant on our last evening. We attended to cocktail evenings which we thought was a great touch and was a great way to meet the very charming and charismatic manager Emmanuel Niotakis and his team including Lorenza and the very friendly cocktail barman. We enjoyed the spectacular views from various areas of the hotel whether it be whilst having breakfast or from the infinity pool. Reception recommended a visit to the local vineyard called Sigalas which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. They also organised a catamaran trip for us with Santorini Sailing which again we thoroughly enjoyed. The crew were marvellous and the food supplied on board was lovely. As has been pointed out before no doubt the hotel in located on the side of a cliff and therefore there are lots of steps and steep paths although we did not have a problem with them some may find them difficult. We would recommend that ladies take flat shoes not only for the hotel but for Oia also. The hotel is located about 300m from the pedestrian area of Oia so this means walking along a short but busy road to go to and from this area. Sloughs the road is busy we did not hear any noise within the hotel as it is set down from the road. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Santorini and would recommend it.
