Stayed here a few nights on our way to Mykonos. Beautiful setting, nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and informative. We ate lunch at one of the restaurants (by the pool) and had a dinner at the other, both were excellent with professional service and would be worth visiting even if not staying at the hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

We came to Mystique after skippering a flotilla of four catamarans through the Greek islands. While that was an incredible experience, we wanted to be pampered, and, boy, were we! We were upgraded to a room/suite that had it's own terrace with hot tub right above the restaurant and pool area. It was so lovely, that other than walks around Oia, we decided not to go sightseeing. Instead we basked poolside, and invited our friends from the sailing trip to join us for various meals. At the end, it was like the restaurant was our private dining room as the staff all knew us and would immediately bring us sparkling water with lots of ice and limes just as we sat down. Throughout the trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Greek wine (the whites and rosés), and the man at the restaurant brought us delightful wines to pair with every meal. It was just the respite we were hoping for.

Voted one of the best hotels in the world we had to stay here. Very chic suites with private jacuzzis. It was very romantic. We had fresh fruit & wine in our room after retiring from a long day. Loved the infinity pool & two restaurants on site. Close to everything if you want to go out & explore.

The panoramic view is a big thumbs up but both the decor, the room and the staff are excellent. The place is lovely.. The ladies in the lobby were delightful and always ready to help. The breakfast was unlimited and it was included(you have to try the greek pancakes). The pool is small but the service there was impeccable... A massive thank you to Maria. We enjoyed staying in Oia despite the crazy stairs. I hope when we will come back to have the same staff greet us.

We visited Mystique in August 2016. The panoramic view of the Caldera is stunning. The staff is friendly. The rooms are small but nice and clean. Certainly not the most luxurious rooms in the SPG collection of hotels. We had read reviews that warned about the numerous steps that need to be navigated to get down to the hotel. While virtually all of the luxury hotels with panoramic views of the Caldera also have many steps, if you are not in at least fair physical condition, you may want to seriously consider other options. The staff that bring the luggage up and down the stairs on their backs are truly impressive!! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the town of Oia. It is a great location. Overall we loved it and will definitely return.

Haivng been to Santorini many times over the last 20 years, I have had the fortune of staying in many of the premier hotels, but I can confidently state that Mystique is the best of the best. Amazing views, beautifully decorated suites, great food and great service. Nothing better!!

My husband and I traveled to Santorini for our second honeymoon this October and couldn’t have been more delighted with this exceptional property! Staying at Mystique was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. There is not one thing I would change about our experience here. Check in was seamless, we were welcomed with homemade lemonade with mint, which I instantly became hooked on and drank daily! Concierge staff Maxim and Lorenzana instantly make you feel like you are staying in their home and are dedicated hostesses. Lorenzana brought us to our room and answered any questions we had. I’ve never had a check in quite like this. They go above and beyond. Every morning we were greeted warmly and had a beautiful and delicious breakfast served by Nikos, our waiter. The food here is absolutely 5 star, always fresh, each plate looks like a masterpiece. Any request we had was handled immediately, rooms were beautiful and cleaned promptly each day, we wanted for nothing! Every day when we would arrive back to our room after exploring this beautiful island there was always a delicious treat waiting for us, along with a fresh supply of coffee. There is not one negative thing I could say about this hotel. On our last day we were shocked when they told us we could stay in our room till 4pm because we had a late flight out of Greece! Being that normal check out is usually about 10am and 12 is the usual late check out it just goes to show you that they care about your comfort up until the moment you leave them. After this experience I cannot imagine staying in a different hotel when we visit again in the future. The only thing that is worth a mention (and is advice for anyone staying on the cliff side of Oia) is that this hotel along with most of them is situated so that you will have to climb many steep steps to reach the top. People with cardiac, Respiratory or joint issues might find this difficult. If you have the option to pick room 1 I recommend it! Guys you were the best, thank you for everything! -Stacy and John K from room 1!

Since the pick-up in the airport having everything taken care, we knew we where commencing a vacation never to be forgotten. Once we arrived at Mystique we where fascinated and hipnotized with the beauty of the island and the location. It's unavoidable and expected to naturally became fascinated and hipnotized with the beauty of the island and its people. Once in Mystique where greeted by Maxime, who expedite everything. He made it even better we where given an upgrade. It was impossible not to be enchanted by the natural beauty that surrounded us. It is truly beautiful. The comfort of the room, Jacuzzi, the location is simply a dream come true. But what brought the experience to another level was the staff, Era, Clara, Nikko and my neighbor Lorenzo they could not find a way of making us feel better. The manager took the time to talk to each of the guess. The breakfast was exquisite and so was lunch. Then in Asea, the Japanese restaurant we where greeted by our server whose name I sadly don't remember she was amazing. Sashimi in Santorini can be excellent. The daily catch and the quality of the chef’s proposition are simply an outstanding proposition. Second to none. The Charisma restaurant was another great surprise. With a mix of traditional and ecleptic proposition. It was September 5, 2017 the day we arrived and today is October 25, 2017 and still today I haven’t been able to forget those 3 nights and 4 days. It was a mix of the fantastic place, and the amazing staff, the people we met who made this an unforgettable experience. I hope I have the opportunity to return, but I also hope that the same staff will greet me.

The moment we booked Mystique, I contact Concierge and the service is top notch. They responded to my email in a timely manner and provided detailed information about the hotel and tours in Santorini. I arrived pick-up from the airport and the driver was there when we arrived and took care of everything. I have a lot of respect for the people who work at the property. They walk up and down the steeps stairs carrying heavy luggage, or items all day. I only had a small purse and I was out of breath. Check-in We arrived early at the hotel and was quickly greeted by Maxim and served a delicious beverage. Maxim is a gem! His superior customer service and quick response is one of the best parts of our trip. We would mention what we were interested in and Maxim would handle the rest. Since our room was not ready, he suggested a restaurant that we visit. He called the restaurants, made reservations and made sure that the restaurant reserve a table with the best view! It was absolutely magical. Breakfast This has to be one of the best breakfast ever. Everything is so fresh and absolutely delicious. We ate breakfast at the lower restaurant during our stay and always had the most amazing views. I'm dreaming about the views, my omelette and multiple glasses of mimosas. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! The staff was extremely attentive and very welcoming. The customer service at Mystique is exceptional. The only place we questioned service, was at the upper level restaurant at the bar. We sat there for awhile the first night with the intentions of ordering drinks before dinner. There were two young ladies standing behind the bar and it look awhile for them to greet us. Not a big deal, but compared to the exceptional service throughout the hotel, it was noticed. Room We stayed in room #36 and had a private terrace with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. We would wake up early to see the sunset. The main problem I had with the room and I voiced this with the staff, is the sewer odor coming for the bathroom. Maintenance came and put a chemical in the drain, but to me it made the smell worse. The chemical had a strong paint/acetone smell, on top of the sewer smell. I smelled it the moment we checked in and I wish I had voiced my concerns immediately. This definitely would not keep us from visiting the property again, but I would book another room with a different bathroom. They mentioned they will take care of this during off season. We wanted to stay at Mystique another night, but visited their sister property Vedema. That property was also beautiful, but did not have the 5 star customer service that Mystique has. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much Maxim for all your assistance and lovely personality!

My husband and I have just returned from a short stay at Mystique. The hotel is absolutely stunning and captures what you imagine Santorini to look like! The hotel is literally 2 mins walk to the centre of Oia where there are lots of restaurants, boutique & designer shops, coffee shops and patisseries On arrival we were met by our hotel transfer which was fully air conditioned and had WI-FI. We received a complimentary amenities basket with refreshing towels, bottled water and guides of the island. Check in was very efficient and calm and the lemonade with mint welcome drink was lovely and refreshing. We were lucky enough to be staying in a Spiritual Suite which has a small living area, bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate rain shower, fitness room and hot tub on our terrace, we were absolutely spoilt! The views were breathtaking however which ever aspect of the hotel you are looking out from on to the Caldera is amazing! We had the club sandwich as room service which was so delicious we had it again at the Charisma restaurant for lunch the next day! The portions were huge and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast at Charisma was amazing too! Being a la carte we got to choose from an array of delights both continental and Greek options which was a fab idea as it gave us the chance to sample local delights such as Greek Omlettes and Greek Pancakes. We loved the bread baskets which come with home made jars of jam such as plum and honey and enjoyed luxury choices such as Smoked Salmon and Champagne :) We ate out in the evenings as we wanted to have a walk before dinner however the food wasn't great i have to admit. It was also quite expensive, we feel in hindsight now that it would have been better to have ate at the hotel as although prices would have been similar, the standard of food and level of service would have been exceptionally higher. All in all we had a very memorable experience and would highly recommend Santorini and in particular the Mysique to anyone, it would certainly not disappoint!
