Fantastic time at this Hotel wonderful staff very helpful, big shout out to Dina at reception always willing to help as are all the staff, this is my second stay at this Hotel and would like to return at some time in the not to distant future.

My time here was pure magic. The highlight of my entire trip to Greece. They take customer service very seriously and everyone was so friendly and willing to help with whatever issue we may have had. The only complain I have is of the tap water, but to make up for this they brought bottled still water for us frequently. The views were amazing, the food was so delicious. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!and I'll advise people to visit if they are ever in Santorini. Wow! Thank you so much

We stayed in a gorgeous little boutique suite with a jacuzzi in the balcony--the very top one which was nice for a bit more privacy! The place was clean, and the service was top notch. It was so sweet to find our room with water bottles and a small treat on our night stands... the receptionists at every hour were so pleasant and helpful--booking excursions, ATVs, rides to and from the airport, and helping us get to know the area a bit more. Breakfast every morning was the sweetest which included an array of sweet breads and whatever you ordered the night before/morning of. We never got to using the community pool since our room and view was already amazing. The air conditioning was buggy but eventually fixed. It's close to Skaros rock, which we hiked during an early morning exploration. The views are breathtaking, food is delicious, service is on point, rooms are nicely decorated,.. what more can you ask for?!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as the last stop on our honeymoon. We spent 6 nights total in Santorini, and our first 3 nights were in Oia. Of the 2, Gold Suites was our favorite. The staff here is amazing, you are always greeted with a smile and asked how your day is. We stayed in a deluxe suite with private pool and sea view, and WOW was the room beautiful. It was huge, with a separate living room area, a huge comfy bed, and the pool off the balcony was just amazing. We were worried about privacy with the pool/balcony area, but it was tucked far enough back that the room on the other side of us couldn't really see us, and people walking the streets/stairs couldn't really see into the space either. They provide you with everything you might forget while traveling, including a toothbrush kit and even a loofah for the shower. A fresh fruit platter and complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room. Such attention to detail, you can tell this place really cares about taking care of their guests. There was a slight issue with the shower- the shower head didn't seem to be working properly, and instead of a rainfall, it was one hard stream of water from the center, almost like it needed to be cleaned out. Our room was downstairs, so at night we could hear the people walking up/down the stairs, could hear anyone talking in the foyer area, and could sometimes hear the guests in the room next to us. Those would be my only 2 complaints. The food at this place is out of this world delicious, and breakfast was so good! Delivered to our room, served on our balcony every morning, and was still warm. You HAVE to get the pancakes, they are like a dessert. We did not eat at the restaurant, but based on the breakfast/lunch I'd assume it's really good. You can walk to Fira from the hotel, it took us about 30 minutes. Not the easiest walk in the heat, but it is doable. The area itself is relatively quiet and there's not a ton to do around the hotel, so I'd recommend renting a car and going to Oia and Fira.

Not sure I can write anything to truly detail how good this hotel is. The check-in process was a breeze and the staff are so nice and genuine. It's nice to have a bit of a chit chat with locals who also want to get to know you without getting too personal. The Grand Suite is amazing and very spacious. You have your own private pool (although there's a see through front door) however the roof has a hole, which the neighbouring restaurant can easily climb onto and look in. (So skinny dipping is not so private) There's a jacuzzi in the room also that's big enough for two. Toilet and shower are both spacious also. Great views over the Agean sea and Skaros rock. So peaceful and serene. Would have loved to stay longer, great place to stay and do nothing. There's not alot to do unless you go into town, but you could stay somewhere closer if you were wanting to go out. Can not fault the hotel (besides the overcooked poached egg). Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here in august 2016, I should have written this review sooner. After staying in Kamari in a gorgeous villa (sunset studios) before our wedding at Santorini Gem on 8.8.16. We then moved to the other side of the island for our mini moon. We had choose after a lot of deliberation to stay at Absolute Bliss however when we arrived Sofia gave us the option of an upgrade to Gold Suites. I was very anxious but after a conversation with my new husband we agreed to be moved, And I am so happy we did!!! As we walked into the room the veiw that we saw had me in tears, not only the views out over the caldera but the views of the suite,it was so luxurious. I couldn't believe our luck. The staff were fantastic, made us feel really welcome. Bringing us a bottle of wine as a welcome, we enjoyed the wine in the hot tub on our balcony overlooking the Caldera. Before heading down to the beautiful pool area, so tranquil and relaxing! With one of the best strawberry daiquiri's I've ever tasted. We dined in the pool area that evening, the food was amazing and we had our own waiter who talked us through the menu and never let our glass get empty. The views while eating were incredible. Both mornings while we were at Gold Suites we enjoyed breakfast on our balcony, it was delicious and again the views..... incredible!! Honestly this was the most amazing place I've ever stayed, I would go back in a heartbeat. We were treat like superstars!!

We checked in to Absolute Bliss early so unfortunately our room wasn't ready and we were tired from travelling. After a couple of hours Sofia upgraded us for the night to Gold Suites which was extremely kind of her. The room was amazing, the balcony, hot tub and view even better. Everything was outstanding you can see from the photos. Just as importantly I want to add that every staff member from the man who carried our cases, to the guy who served our dinner on the balcony (which was great food by the way) to the lady at the rececption was outstanding. Sofia does a great job here as does all of the staff and its customer service like that, that sets them apart from everyone else in my opinion (as well as the amazing hotel of course). I could not recommend the staff and hotel enough. The best we've come across. Thank you.

I loved our stay at gold suites. The rooms were great, the views were unbelievable, and the food was even better. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us. I believe there's only 11 rooms in the entire hotel which gives it this special atmosphere. I liked the location, there's a miniature town right outside the hotel with a convenience store and some nice restaurants. It's a close drive or walk to the main town of Fira and a short drive to Oia.

Gold Suites was AMAZING! Dina and Costas were great hosts: friendly, patient, and informative with check-in and check-out. Our room, (Suite 1) was exactly what the pictures looked like online; there was no disappointment there. It was so worth the money. The view... oh my gosh. It was priceless, beautiful and peaceful. We had a bottle of wine and gorgeous fruit platter upon arrival. There was also a night service that provided a little snack and presented a warm welcome upon coming back to the room. I will say that the shower and sink drains were a little slow... I don't know if that is the norm. The shower did take some time to get warm as well, but it just took patience. :) If you want something special for your anniversary or other occasion, you have to ask for it, and you will be charged. We didn't know this until the end bill, and I was disappointed. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning, and it usually arrives at the end time that they mention. i.e.: If you ask for 10am, they will say 10-10:15 and for us, it usually came around 10:15am. The WIFI wasn't the best; sometimes we had to use our data. It works best on the balcony of your room and doesn't work in the bathroom. You can't control the AC either but we found a solution and were able to work with it. I realize no place is going to be perfect. Saying that, this was one of the best! :) The service and view made this stay worth every dollar.

We stayed at Gold Suites Santorini for the most amazing week. It has everything, beautiful views, fantastic rooms, lovely food and welcoming staff. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back very soon!
