Very lovely place to stay in. The owner was very helpful, but one thing which disappointed me was the wall plug which was not fixed on the wall properly and you can see the wires hanging around.

Beautiful cave house in a great location! The walk from parking was the only challenge with luggage through Oia crowds and steps. The manager was very kind and helpful.

This place was comfortable for the 4 of us, clean, centrally located, and had the most amazing views, we could see the perfect sunsets from our terrace. Mario and his brother were very helpful, gave us lots of information about the island, activities and restaurant recommendations. Mario helped us coordinate to rent a car for one day to explore the rest of the island. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, exceptional view & hospitality .

We had an incredible stay at this amazing villa, with the best view offering breathtaking sunsets Santorini is known for. The location is perfect with easy to shops & restaurants. Marios was incredibly welcoming and responsive, from organising transfer to having our suitcases picked up (Def would rec that as there were quite a lot of steps from the closest drop off point). I would highly recommend this place to anyoen looking for a comfortable and convenient base withe exceptional view and hospitality.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Ariadni. Our host Marios was great. He gave us lots of recommendations and arranged transportation to/fro airport for us. The property is in a perfect location for stunning views. Everything is within walking distance and is very convenient.

Cute little place on the heart of Oia. If you want to be in the heart of everything, with the famous sunset view right from your room at a VERY good price, then this is a great option. I will say, though you have to be prepared for a rigorous type of walking from here (up, down, left, right, all directions), so it's not for everyone. It is also VERY crowded in-season at Oia (particularly near this part of town, and particularly at sunset and in the morning when the cruises let people off in Fira to come to Oia, but everyone should already know this. Yiannis and Marios took very good care of us, they arranged for luggage carry and airport transfers at a VERY reasonable price. The apartment was very cute, clean, and functional with amazing views of course. Bravo Ariadni!!

Wonderful place. The location could not be better. They arranged for a very comfortable ride to bring us to and from the port at a reasonable rate. Gave us wonderful advice on how to spend our time. Easily helped us sort out our luggage storage. The boat cruise they recommended was absolutely amazing. We could walk everywhere in Oia. Highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was perfect, in fact it’s where everyone comes to take pictures. Our host Marios was very available and helpful. It was four of us in the house, my husband and I, and my 2 teenage daughters, which, since we were out and about most of the time, was fine, but longer term probably would be too cramped for that many fully grown people. The bathroom Is very small and you have to hold the shower head yourself, but for a few days, it’s totally fine. Oia is just so beautiful and the house was a comfortable and cool refuge from the heat. We also had a very large patio that was just for us with incredible views.

Do not stay here! We had 2 rooms, first room- bathroom had a sewage smell for a day. Air conditioning didn’t work for a day as well. Room 2-my room- there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Each day we had to kill at least 3 of them. They told us from day 1 there were no other rooms to move into so we had to stay there. We would like a refund but seems we won’t get it!! Zero compensation from the property. While the staff came immediately when something was not working, it’s still not a property I’d recommend. Absolutely a no!
