These villas are pleasant, clean and functional but a bit removed from the more scenic parts of Oia - about a 20-min walk. There is no restaurant although a breakfast of their choice is served on a tray.
We visited Santorini for our family holiday and stayed at Atlantis Beach Villa. It's right on the sea with its own private beds. The pool is lovely and clean with a pool bar/restaurant offering good food. The one thing that stands out is the staff, they were all so brilliant! So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was simple but adequate for our needs. Lovely 2 weeks enjoyed by us all
This is a beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back, rooms were cleaned regularly. They could use some newer towels though. Perfect location if you want to get around the island.
This is a great hotel and it turned out perfect for us :-) We had a terrace garden room, it was so lovely, a pergola strewn with bourgainvillea and a table and chairs where we sat with a glass of wine in an evening. Our room was nice, clean and with an area to make a cuppa. The bathroom wasn't perfect but fine for our needs, just depends on how picky you want to be. Our room was serviced everyday. We had free towels for the poolside and were given free loungers and sun brolly on the beach. The staff are so friendly and so willing to help, just ask them anything and they do their utmost to help and with a smile. One small criticism is the breakfast, it is limited and the same everyday, a little variety would of made all the difference. The beach is literally over the road, its black volcanic tiny pebble sand but the sea was warm and clear for swimming in. Either side of the hotel you have all the amenities you could wish for, water sports, restaurants, shops, local bus stop. We had a fantastic time on Santorini and its so beautiful, if you visit please go to The Santos Winery...the most beautiful place you will ever sit and have a glass of wine :-) Enjoy
visited three days. Generally a nice little hotel with a few annoying areas: pretty basic breakfast that you have to share with quite a few flies. Wifi really sucks. Even though I moved to areas of the hotel with good coverage the speed is non-existent large parts of the day. More often than not you're timed out, which is just not standard in 2016 - and this is in late september with only a few guests around.
Just got back from a two week stay at the Atlantis Beach and I am missing it and the great staff. We had room 1 in the annexe and it was great, it was clean, the bed changed every day, sea view and although the bathroom could do with updating, it was sufficient.Air conditioning good and very welcome ! The pool area is gorgeous, the sun beds plentiful and bar service friendly and efficient.Kristina on reception is very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The Spa was absolutely fabulous and Roula is the most friendly and lovely person who certainly knows her stuff. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the breakfast staff (who are also the cleaners) are great especially Katarina who was so bright and cheerful. The restaurants and shops are close by and we tried most of them ! The Acropolis was a favourite with great food and service at a good price. It was a fanatastic holiday with temperatures of 25/26 every day and we wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.
Read the reviews saw the pics on Thomson website, our room was disappointing to say the least. Our room was in a separate block completely separate from the complex, the bathroom was basically a cupboard! My partner is 6ft 2 and very broad and travelled with a broken elbow, the 'shower' had no wall bracket he couldn't lift his arm above his head, we went to reception they offered another room which was at the back of the complex in a basement, we refused it. Christina was excellent got maintenance to drill a bracket to fix shower to wall but overall bathroom was completely unsuitable, everywhere flooded, it smelt damp, the shower curtain was gross. The spiral stairs again completely unsuitable for a man my partners size, they felt unstable and I can't remember how many times I kicked the settee at the bottom. And he head butted the lamp shade in the bedroom. The view however was stunning, sea view and pool and the only saving grace of this room. All employees were so friendly, pool area lovely beach stunning and santorini is beautiful. Loved my holiday just hated that bathroom and stairs!!! You don't see this on the website so if you get villa 1-7 be wary!! You are outcast from the complex and the building is not in context with the main building, the whole area needs work, garden overgrown and in need of desperate work.
Stayed first two weeks in September agree with other travellers staff and pool area very nice, however avoid room 41 (unless you like living in a cave) the room is underground very dark and dismal with bed attached to the wall. Apparently we had been given an "upgrade" as we had our own jacuzzi (couldn't use it due to it being freezing) this wasn't a cheap holiday so expected better having being booked since October 2015
We have just returned from a holiday at Atlantis beach hotel this is a very pleasant hotel in a very good location . The staff are all very friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean and tidy as the maid comes in every day . We asked reception for a kettle in our room and when we came back later that day is was there along with cups and spoons . The pool area is very nice with plenty of sunbeds the Hotel also will supply towels for around the pool which you have to sign for . They also have a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas which are free to hotel guests just get a tag from the bar next to the pool . Breakfast is a buffet and has a good selection of food along with Tea and Coffee and fruit juices all in all a very nice holiday in a great location
