Wonderful few days at Thermes. The rooms could do with a little TLC as looking a little dated, but the views by the pool are stunning. Proximity to Megalochori is a bonus, just 10min walk and the hotel 1min away has a fabulous restaurant with an incredible sunset view.

This property has one of the best views of the caldera and sunsets right from your patio. The service was outstanding and the staff was always helpful and welcoming. I would return here in an instant.

Ideal place for Santorini of you are looking to explore the island, relax from the hustle of Oia/Fira, and see amazing private sunsets from your deck. Centrally locates with easy access to anywhere on the island. Large and spacious villa with own pool and decks. Breakfast amazing. Informative staff ready to make your time enjoyable. For a good hike, there is a private beach just below with a well marked path - took 30min to walk down and another 30 to walk up. We will definitely come back!

Gorgeous villa on the cliffs

We visited Santorini during the off season, so sadly couldn't use our private pool. The location was good for winery tours, but a bit far from the main areas. It is right next to a hiking/ biking trail though. Breakfast was fantastic, as well. The villa was enormous and had everything one could want.

The views were spectacular! The staff spoiled all of us, and assisted us with absolutely everything that we needed! We definitely stayed at the best place and would highly recommend it. Can you believe they even cleaned the hairs off my hairbrush? It's all these little things that are extra special. Loved, loved, loved it!!!

Awesome Luxury Stay

Awesome luxury stay. Top class hotel with nice scenic location and superb service. The Villa was very nice with private swimming pool. Its little away from touristic places like Fira or Oia but those places can be reached easily in car.If you don't want to be in the middle of touristic crowd of Fira or Oia, then this is the place for you.

VERY DISAPPOINTING - OVER RATED

VERY DISAPPOINTED with our recent stay at Thermes. They firstly forgot to book our room, then proceeded to book us into a cheaper hotel elsewhere. When we returned, the room we were given did not have any internal access to the second bedroom so my husband & I had to sleep in "separate suites" with our 2 children (not what we booked). Villa's are not finished with quality fittings or furniture - very empty! Dining table & outdoor table only seats 2 people, not accommodating for a family of 4. So many more negatives to mention. Only positive was the private pool & the amazing views.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED & MISLEADING!

Arrived at hotel & they forgot to book our reservation. Sat in foyer (no air con & 35 degree heat) while they called 20 other hotels to get us a room. We waited for an hour listening to them call around. My husband is fluent in Greek & understood what they were saying. They found a good hotel but didn't like the price so rejected it, they were looking for cheaper accom until their rooms were vacant. After a fiery argument, they agreed to the nice hotel. When we returned I was expecting an apology note or bottle of wine for their stuff up but nothing! To top it all off, the villa we were given had NO INTERNAL access to the second bedroom (not a 2 bedroom villa)! My husband & I ended up having to sleep with one child separate places. Broken shower head in bottom villa, no hand soap (ran out), no clothesline (broken), dinning & outdoor tables have 2 chairs (not for 4 people), power points dangerously hanging out of the walls. All of these faults mentioned to the staff with no attempt to fix. hotel recommended a restaurant in Oia with the best sunset, mentioned there were a few steps to restaurant, try 400 steps!! 35 degree heat, through donkey poo & unable to actually see sunset from the restaurant. The food was nice though. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was lovely. Staff were nice but not very professional when it came to fixing anything with our reservation.
