Great value and great location. The resort has a nice pool and bar. Prices of drinks were very reasonable. Very limited cooking facilities. This is the perfect location for the beach and restaurants and bars.

What stroke us most was how great and helpful the staffs. They not only tried their best but willing to give more. From the pick up service, willingness to accommodate last minute request to suggesting places to go and best way for you to spend time. All done with a big smile. We booked dorm for ourselves since it was still high season and not much choice. I peeked through the open private room that looks nice but on the ground floor. Most importantly is the location and value for money. We had a terrible start of the holiday but ended up nicely with the help of this friendly space.

We selected Anny Studio during our (2 Adults / 3 kids - 12, 10, 6) and contacted them via e-mail. There response was very fast (within 2 hrs). And we booked a studio on their own internet platform (smooth). Sure, pick up from the port was no problem and when arrived we received a very warm welcome and pretty detailed explanation about hotel, room, area and potential trips. The whole team has been very friendly during our stay, also to the kids. The location is not in the front row of the beach, but 50m walk which is nothing. The studio consists on two levels (not separate rooms) but with lots of space for all of us. Bathroom is tiny but clean and functional (it has to be said that the cleaning team was always around and did a good job, too). Air-Con and Balcony included, as well as a equipped kitchen (even sponge and dish detergent). Also TV (we did not use) and WiFi (several access points for the whole hotel). In case there are complaints about water quality out of the pipes, or "no paper in the toilette", and also the slight salty swimming pool (small but not busy)....'hey... you are on the Kyclade islands on Santorini, in Greece - pls remember this. And one nice comment we read complained about the far distance to Oia ... If you want to go to Oia, book Oia. For us (Family, there only have been two, rest of the visitors, young singles, couples and groups from all over the world) it was a great stay, perfect location, very calm, clean and friendly.

Nothing flash An hours bus journey to the main photogenic spot Oia. Staff aren't very friendly every thing seems like a hassle ( asking questions about getting around). Rooms are big water is salt water that comes from the taps.

My friend and I elected to stay here due to its location with great proximity to Perrisa beach and the nearby bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly enough and the pool and bar facilities are nice. The room had comfortable beds and were cleaned daily. We had a balcony and a safe, as well as very basic food preparation facilities. The main drawback to our stay was the bathroom, particularly the smell of drains which was sometimes overpowering. The toilet seat was broken upon arrival, however was fixed by the time we returned. We were a little disappointed by these issues, given how much our stay cost.

Stayed 3 nights. Wonderful time. 1min walk to beach/sea...Bars. Restaurants. Fun atmosphere. Busy with all types of travelers. When going to the beautiful sunrise village of Perissa.. Anny Studios is the place to stay.

We were a group of geology students and teachers, spending one week exploring Santorini volcanic rocks. First to mention is a very helpful stuff, which has organised also affordable transfers through the island and has given us some very good advices. The rooms were perfect for students (six shearing the apartment), with simple but efficient equipped kitchenettes. The towels have been changed on a daily basis. Location is perfect - very close to beach, restaurants, markets, shops and even ATM. The water is really a bit salty, but this is Santorini problem. The place is probably not appropriate for more upmarket guests, but for basic accommodation is really good value. Vasilis, thank you again!

My sister and I found out about Anny's from a friend. We had been staying at a place that was doing a lot of construction getting ready for the busy season and we decided to move closer to the beach and closer to a couple of our favorite bars and restaurants for convenience sake. (it is a little bit tucked away, but ask literally any local and they will happily direct you) Anny's is both a hostel and offers studios. We opted for a studio as we prefer the privacy. The rooms were very clean and had really anything that you needed. We stayed in a day or two and we're able to make full meals with the kitchen amenities and stove top provided. It was truly like a home for us in Perissa! We highly recommend staying there! It was a lovely experience all around! See you soon guys! Thank you!

While it was a cheap place to stay, you can find much nicer for just as cheap. The rooms smelled so musty and they were very damp and dark. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. You cannot even use the toilet without having to touch the nasty shower curtain. The water seemed like it was straight from the ocean and my friend got shocked twice turning off a light switch. Beds were not comfortable and no blankets were provided for me and it got very cold at night. The pool did not seem clean like it looks in the pictures. No wifi in rooms only in main area and it is very slow. The staff was friendly and that is the only positive part about our experience here. We moved to a hotel a night earlier because we couldn't stand another night there. I would consider us fairly low maintenance and the fact we could not handle it here says something.

My whole family stayed at this hotel in September while we were in Santorini for a wedding. We booked a total of 5 rooms - 4 double rooms and one family room. The moment we walked into this fleabag hostel we were greeted by the unfriendliest male receptionist. We were too early for check in, but did request a early check in for my elderly parents, they were tired from the flight and needed to rest a little bit. This request was met with the sarcastic answer that it must be "common knowledge" that my request is not possible. Asking him again if we can not make a plan, we are prepared to pay an extra night, he told me he will not make a plan, they can wait. The only positive thing about this place is the location in Perissa. Negative points: 1. Extremely rude reception staff (male and female) 2. Smelly and dirty rooms. The rooms smells like sewerage 24/7. You can't bear to spend any time there 3. Uncomfortable beds and mattresses. 4. Noise from the bar area until late at night There are nicer places in Perissa to stay for less money. Do not waste your time or money on this awfull place.
