The staff was great and helped us find the location and with our bags. The location is a short walk from tons of restaurants and shopping. The views was a short walk away as well. Great view of the water from the patio

Did a last minute booking and had a bit of trouble reaching out at first for the check in. But once we got in contact, everything went extremely smoothly. Fast responding, clean, beautiful view, cool inside. As for the walk to the place. There’s two different access points. One is through the parking that staff recommended we enter from, it’s a short hill down and max 3 minute walk with about five steps to enter the place. The second access was off the street where our taxi dropped us off, where there are many more steps that take you directly down to the cave house. But we were close to everything! The bus stop and Fira center so it was a relaxing and breezy vacation. Thank you!!!
