The views from Pegasus were beautiful, but overall the stay was disappointing. Check-in was confusing and difficult to find, with us hauling heavy luggage down many steps only to be told it wasn’t the right location (even though we followed signs to the “Lobby”). The balcony areas lacked privacy, and staff often entered without notice. The worst issue was laundry service — I was told it would be ready by afternoon, but it wasn’t returned until 9:30pm, ruining our evening plans, and cost 65€ for just 5 outfits. For the premium price, these issues were unacceptable and I would not stay here again.

Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, and Lona were all incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering us a warm, personalized service that truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our stay was when they surprised us with an upgrade to a gorgeous room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking views. The attention to detail in the room made it clear that the hotel truly cares about providing an exceptional experience for its guests. The hospitality from Euthimhs, John, Maria, Efi, Lona and many other incredible staff was second to none. Our stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home in this luxurious slice of heaven. A special shoutout to Maria at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a difference – she truly is a gem. And John from breakfast – what a star! Always welcoming us with a smile and making sure every morning started perfectly. His service was exceptional and he gave great recommendations for places to see and eat. Speaking of views – wow. The panorama of the caldera, with the iconic white buildings cascading down the cliffside and the deep blue Aegean stretching endlessly before us, was absolutely surreal. We spent hours on our private terrace soaking it all in. The sunsets were cinematic – the kind that take your breath away and make you feel like you're in a dream. The location is perfect – nestled in Imerovigli, which is peaceful and romantic, but still close enough to walk to Fira if you want more buzz. The suites are elegant and spotless, with that unmistakable Cycladic charm and modern luxury. The private pool was a highlight – serene, refreshing, and perfectly positioned for sunset views. Our stay at Pegasus Spa & Suites in Santorini was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that made our trip truly exceptional. We stayed in a stunning suite with a jetted hot tub, which was the perfect touch of luxury to elevate our experience. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight—freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked eggs, and a delightful array of croissants and pastries that started each day on a delicious note. The food at the on-site restaurant was equally impressive, earning a well-deserved five stars. We can’t recommend the chicken gyro, margarita pizza, trio dip, and salmon enough—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff at Pegasus went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Effie and Maria at the reception desk greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always ready to assist with a smile. Our server, John, was incredibly attentive and made every meal a joy. My stay @ Pegasus Suites & Spa was exceptional! We were in the Executive Suite which was spacious with a private hot tub, a private patio area, with a view which was phenomenal! We were treated like royalty & so much attention to details that made us feel so special. They even placed rose petals around the room to create a romantic atmosphere!! Effie & Maria were the hospitality staff, who provided tons of info to help us to navigate Santorini. Alorna who was our server for the breakfast buffet everyday was a delight & made sure that we had everything that we needed. Pegasus is located in between Fira & Oia - which made it perfect to access both areas easily in a car. You can actually walk to Fira!! Pegasus gets 10 stars from me!!

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Rooms have great sunset views over the caldera. Location is really good as its 2 minutes to the local bars and restaurants, only 15 mins walk to busier Fira, and we also walked to Oia in under 2hrs. Highly recommend this hotel

Simply amazing. Worth every €! Easy walks to Fira town and local bus services to other parts of the island. Attentive staff. We had a room right above our pool so it was like a private pool. Restaurant fabulous and also pool bar cocktails at sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pegasus Spa Hotel in Santorini, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. The architecture and decor are quintessentially Santorini, combining traditional Cycladic charm with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony offering a spectacular view. The plunge pool was at the perfect temperature, making for a refreshing dip while enjoying the scenery. The spa facilities at the Pegasus Spa Hotel are top-notch. I indulged in a couple of treatments, and the therapist were professional and skilled, providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor pool area is equally impressive, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. Great location for Thira town and superb caldera views, 15 minute stroll for town, quiet and super friendly and engaging people creating a lovely family feeling. Lots of steps and hills you'd expect It is not 5 star in our opinion and the room we were initially offered was not as booked and described on the web site. MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY ALL THE FACILITIES YOU WANT/EXPECT AS A SPECIAL REQUEST DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL BE AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED ie jetted tub, honeymoon privacy, mosaic tiles! Etc... breakfast team and daytimes around the pool are great....lots of great restaurants and places for the more discerning nearby, nothing goes on at hotel in the evenings but food and room service are good. A lovely place for a week and lots seem to hire a car to explore further around the island which is easily doable! Staff made this a great holiday.

During my life I have stayed in some of the best hotels in various countries (Park Lane, Bremen, Biejing, Singapore etc). I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel were amazingly professional, extremely helpful, polite and in every way excelled. They were as professional as the best cabin stewards/esses in top airlines. Particularly, John / Arthur / Maria / Daniella and Lorna. Most staff are Greek or Albanian and the latter dispelled any previous thoughts people may have of their nationality. Brilliant place, excellent food, outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus! It’s in a great location - easy to walk into Fira and Imerovigli but also away from big crowds - and our room had a beautiful view. It really doesn’t get better than soaking in your private tub, then having wine and dinner on your balcony while watching the sunset over the caldera. Maria, John, Cora, and all the staff were so kind and helpful with recommendations to make the most of our time in Santorini. We were sad to leave!
