This room was perfect for our family of 4. My two teenagers had their own bed and own room, and ice cold air conditioning. The location was a short walk from the bus stop and the city center, with excellent food options and shopping. There is no elevator & the bathroom is small, but otherwise excellent.

We had a lovely two night stay. Perfect location, friendly and kind host Alkyoni and lovely rooms. All fantastic. Bus station is a 3 minute walk. Kaffeine cafe nearby has amazing brunch and coffee. On the Caldera within a few minutes walk too.

Alkyoni gave me useful check-in information and was available throughout the stay. Helpful with a map and tips for the island. It was easy for me to keep the place clean. There was a lovely lady who came to replenish supplies and clean too.

Beautiful property, very clean. The lady that works the front desk is very kind. They set up a driving service for us. If you want to be up on the top of Fira on the caldera for the views then this is not the hotel for you. But it is very quick, easy walk up to the caldera and by tons of restaurants and the price is great.

What an amazing stay we had with Olive tree suits. Alkyoni was specially very helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend this place There was an open parking on walking distance which was a blessing and we always found empty space The staff in suits did daily cleaning which was super helpful. The place was clean and shining.

An 11/10 Stay!

I don't have enough words to sum up how fanstasit this place is, plus the amazing staff who made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Location - Olive Tree Suites is within a 2-min walking distance to Fira City Centre. You can find all the amenities and tourist attractions in the area. Although located at the centre, it's distance away from traffic and loud crowds. Feels very safe to walk anywhere even at night time. Cleanliness - The rooms are clean, neat, and tidy. Staff go above and beyond to ensure the rooms are comfortable for the guests. Our room was prepped and cleaned daily. Staff - Their customer service is above and beyond. Communication with staff is easy as they can be reached either in person or through WhatsApp. Alkyoni responds promptly to inquiries. She also provided great recommendations on beaches, historical places to visit, and where to rent a car! We had to stay for another day due to flight cancellation and staff were very accommodating. We had to transfer rooms but the process was so smooth that we didn't have to wait at all and had it ready for us at the earliest convenience. Cost - Very affordable! Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and hassle free. We will definitely be back in the future!
