One bathroom even includes a foot spa, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. Recently renovated and tastefully styled, this suite promises a modern experience. Ceiling heights range from 1.83m (in the shower area) to 3.94m. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Step into our suite to find a cozy seating area with a small sofa, leading to the first bedroom on the upper level, complete with a clothes rack and coffee facilities. The first bathroom, equipped with a toilet and shower, awaits on one side, while the second bedroom, featuring a second bathroom with a double sink and toilet, lies beyond a glass door. Indulge in coffee-making facilities and a mini-fridge before retiring to the bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and TV.

Daily cleaning service, every second day we provide bath towels and sheets, porter services included, car or bike rental on request to concierge, booking local island tours as per the concierge arrangements, wine tours booking via concierge, transfers on request to reservation department or directly to the concierge.

We shall be happy to assist you with all the necessary information to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Our concierge can suggest places you could visit, such as touristic attractions, restaurants, shops and museums and offer you free map of the island and tips about what to do and see on the island

Kindly be informed that we don't have a 24-hour reception desk. To be able to check in your room, you will need to arrange your check-in with us at least one day prior to your arrival. Please be informed that it would be really important to let us know around what time should we expect you, so we can make the proper arrangements for the check-in process.

Guest access
The house located about 7 minutes walk from the bus terminal of Oia. Private parking is not available but you can find a parking slot on the main street. The public parking of Oia, which is located right below the Oia's Post Office is 10 minutes walk from the property.
Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

Kindly be advised that from March to October is 1,50 euros, and for November is 0,50 euros.

Please note the amount for the Climate Resilience Tax gets paid directly at the property and under no circumstances is it relative to the accommodation charges. We are then obliged to pay this money to the government for you.
