It was a convenient location. Hot tub in the room was a tick. The town is walkable with lot of dining and shopping options. Limited parking space was an issue . No proper property signage on main road makes it hard to locate the property.

Excellent value for the money and centrally located in Fira, a 10 minute walk away from Santorini's main bus hub. Demitri is a lovely host and provided a fresh water bottle and Nespresso pod every day for us, and arranged a ride to the airport cheaper than the local taxis. We will stay here whenever we are back to Santorini!!

First, Dimitrios K. provided wonderful service to us and suggested different outings and restaurants to try. He arranged transportation pickups and dropoffs, and arranged last minute in-room facials and massages for my friend and I. The hotel was close to Fira shopping and restaurants. The views from the hotel were beautiful. Each of the suites have their own private balcony and hot tub. The only “con” of this stay was the temperature of the hot tub, could have been warmer, but that might be an American preference. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was a very central location and it was easy to get to everything. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bit disappointing, but the pool was lovely! Our experience was tainted when the hotel cancelled the room of one our group members the day before we were to leave for our trip. We were 4 couples travelling together. Also the email that was sent to them was only in Greek and luckily we were able to translate it. They had to scramble to find a hotel and it was an 8 minute walk away. It complicated our days and took away from family time. Neither Expedia nor the hotel took responsibility and we were really disappointed. The gentleman at the front desk, Dimitri, was quite rude to us when we checked in ( condescending ) and aggressively tried to get us to buy a tour package through him. He never apologized on behalf of the hotel for the cancellation and just shrugged his shoulders when we asked him what happened. Luckily we were able to manage with everything but we would have really liked some kind of apology from the hotel or Expedia. Another disappointing issue was parking. We had rented a vehicle for 2 days and we were assured that parking wouldn’t be a problem. It was. That being said, the property is very nice and very centrally located.
