Cleaning issues

Maid service was regular. We found hair in the bathtub and remainings of soap in tje soap holder, so the administrator apologized and gave us a free dinner in a restaurant nearby.

Our visit to this hotel did not actually happen because the company transfered our booking to a sister hotel, without charge, because of the troubles in the centre of Santiago. The ratings are thus for this hotel in Providencia. Good wifi, comfortable beds, separate lounge/kitchenette area and lovely area. Breakfast came the evening before in a picnic basket but no milk. The only tv was in the bedroom

I liked the size of the room and the price. The stuff was polite and tried to help. But didn't arranged breakfast on Saturday because we had to leave earlier for our flight. We had to buy breakfast at the airport, ($30, each) from our money, even thou we payed to the hotel. I think we should be compensated. In our first evening it was a power falier from 10 pm for a few hours.

Fit our needs just fine

It looks really big and fancy on the outside, not so much inside. Breakfast was good, room and bathroom were very clean and even had a kitchen. More like staying in an apartment than a hotel room. Limited help in English at front desk but we were able to get along okay. Good value and easy walking distance to lots of downtown Santiago.

Good price, good room and convenience

The room was big and clean, there was a kitchen was equipped in side the living room, good for family of 4, convenient location. Only few minutes walk to metro subway and supermarket. If I go to Santiago again, I would choose this hotel again. Good price, good room and convenience.
