Personal not kind and even a little aggressive, facilities are good but attention not very good

Excelente, la atención, las instalaciones, y ni que decir la ubicación q es inmejorable.

The hotel is centrally located to the best Santiago has to offer. Accommodations are comfy, the staff is super friendly and efficient. I will definitely make this my 'home base' on future trips.

Nice modern and clean hotel perfectly situated and with all the amenities one needs. Helpful and friendly staff that speaks English (and there is really a lot of staf!). Be aware that the same 80s playlist is being played during breakfast every morning.

Very nice hotel, good location, staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the Plaza El Bosque San Sebastián, it is a great mini-apartment hotel. We had the chance to make our own dinners when we didn't want to go out, since it is equipped with kitchenette, fridge, cooking utensils and dinnerware. They offered us free breakfast with the package deal, the only suggestion would be to add a bit of variation, we stayed for 5 days and had basically the same options the entire time. The staff is friendly and helpful, we would definitely return on our next trip to Santiago.

I didny expect much from chile in hitels, but the room was very bright and nice. Very good bed, nice kitchenette, great cleaning staff, close to metro , front desk staff was great, 3 computers to use for free, great wifi. Issues: Dining room sucks. Poor menu, staff who stand around talking and simply waiting for a tip for doing nothing. Hotel recommended shuttle can be good or bad. Seem to pick prices off the top of their head and no meter. Ask before you enter. And it seems most of these guys dont have change..i'll bet:) hitel would be happy to add cost to your bill. Lets just say pay cash yourself directly. No 110 voltage in rooms. They do have transformer boxes, bout the size and eeight of a bowling ball!

Close to Tobalaba Station.(Santiago Metro) Staff can speak English, and warm welcomed atmosphere. You can also borrow AC adapter, so don't worry about outlet!

Check in was quick and easy, our room was ready and spotlessly clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Free internet in lobby great included continental reakfast the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend staying at this location easy to walk to restaurants and shops A++++++.

Newly renovated, exceptionally clean and aesthetic. Staff is very welcoming and dedicated to providing excellent service. Morning buffet is delicious and at convenient hours. Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores and the efficient metro system. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at Plaza El Bosque Suites for five nights in March, 2012. Hotel is located in a great location. Many restaurants and a subway station are within a very short walk. I liked the fact that the rooms are suites with a comfortable living room compared to a standard hotel room. The hotel was immaculate. A breakfast buffet including hot dishes as well as fruits and pastries is included in the room price. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to Victor who helped me arrange tours and was always available for advice about the city. I will stay here again on my next visit to Santiago!

I've been staying at the Plaza El Bosque for a couple of years now, and the service is excellent. Don't expect luxury, but the just-renovated property is great. The only detail is thur lack of free wifi.
