Staff, although speaking Spanish only, was helpful and communicated throughout the check in process. Location was very good, near restaurants and minimarkets, as well as a Metro station, which provided ready access to sightseeing spots. The Cristobel Hill was 30 minutes away, and from there, one could take the gondola.

The photo of the roof top pool and view sold us. We were advised on arrival it was closed for cleaning on Mondays. This is not really a hotel, it is a series of rooms in an apartment building that are rented on a nightly basis. If you are looking for a no frills stay in a central location it could be for you. We checked out on arrival and secured rooms in a Novotel for same nightly rate.

Good apartment

Good accommodation the apartment was good, the only down side, they don't have a kettle to boil water, has to be done using the microwave. Good area with a lot of small bars and restaurants, around the corner from Metro Manuel Montt

12 amazing days in Providencia with Pontoni apts

We took advantage of the swimming pool, great view, great place to stay. The apartment had two comfortable bedrooms. It had details that diminish the experience just a little, but we would come back again.

1.No directions were given on how to check in. You have to go to the office in room 311. It was shut and had no sign on the door to identify it 2. the room (we were in 1103B) gets very hot during the day and there is no a/c. You can open the windows and doors but the traffic noise was very loud 3. the walls of the living room and bedrooms were very dirty 4. hot water pressure was very bad 5. on the plus side: the bathrooms were modern and clean, the mattresses were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and it was fairly inexpensive for a family of four

Location is great, all else is "mediocre."

I rented an apartment here for one week, it is the second time I have done this type of accommodation in Chile. The location is magnificent, only seconds from a metro station that will take you anywhere. There is also a great variety of restaurants within minutes, and a bank and a very nice grocery also within seconds. Now the negative. The apartment is not well maintained. There are 3 lights in the bathroom, only 1 is working. Several in the living room, again, some not working. The shower bracket was coming out of the wall, the handle to open the front door also coming off, and the soapdish in the bathroom also coming loose. Sr Pontoni needs to do some maintenance work. Also, it is only mediocre cleaning. When I arrived there was dust on the floors, the hanging light in the kitchen had never been cleaned, it looked like fur growing on it. Same with the fan in the bathroom. But having said all this, would I stay here again, yes. It is about location. The bed was comfortable and the roof pool deck is wonderful. No one speaks any English at the office, but they were very nice and helpful. If you want location and can roll with these few items, stay here. The last apartment I rented with another company had a table and chairs on the balcony as well as stereo in the main room and air conditioning-- this apartment had none of these items.

Os apartamentos são completos, tem todos os utensilios para cozinhar, limpeza realizada a cada 2 dias. A vista da janela é incrivel (Cerro San Cristobal) o Metro esta a poucos passos da portaria. Ar condicionado funciona bem, camas muito confortáveis. Voltarei em minha proxima visita a Santiago.
