Perfection

Everything was perfect: from ease of access to communication with host to cleanliness and functionality. I have been to Los Gigantes many, many times but this accommodation has been the best. By far. See you next Feb!

Wonderful break, our third stay in this superb apartment, with fantastic views over the cliffs, harbour and town. Secure apartment and great to have an allocated, safe garage parking space as road parking can be busy. Very comfortable bed, large terrace with lovely patio furniture.

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Wir waren für eine Wocher in Los Gigantes. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was Küche und Bad betrifft (Schränke schließen schlecht, Arbeitsplatte sollte erneuert werden). Dusche ist aufgrund von Wasserdruck schlecht nutzbar. Sonst tolle Lage, super Aussicht und das macht die Kleinigkeiten vergessen.

Très bel appartement à flanc de falaise dans unee ville touristique

Appartement magnifique, terrasse très agréable, parking privé en sous-sol, fort appréciable dans une ville où il est difficile de se garer Los Gigantes, contrairement à ce que nous imaginions est une grande ville à forte pression touristique Petite plage à au moins 15 minutes à pied et 20 en remontant, forte pente (mais méduses lorsque nous étions) ou piscines naturelles à 25 minutes En résumé, appartement impeccable, mais site un peu décevant par rapport à nos attentes

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Tiene una terraza y unas vistas impresionantes. La piscina también muy bien. La zona donde está es muy tranquila y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Playa, bares y restaurantes, tiendas y varios supermercados. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Ausblick: Mehr als perfekt! Das Treiben auf dem Meer ist schon interessant, Fernglas nicht vergessen! Größe des Apartments: Völlig ausreichend, wir waren eigentlich nur auf der großen Terrasse. Küche: Völlig ausreichend. Bad: Relativ neu, schon recht groß. Wohnzimmer: Etwas kleiner, haben wir nur zum Durchgehen genutzt. Schlafzimmer: Völlig ausreichend, großer Kleiderschrank. Sonstiges: Keine Mücken, so dass wir nachts immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Es war kein störenden Lärm am Tag und in der Nacht im Apartment oder auf der Terrasse wahrzunehmen, obwohl der Hafen mit einer kleinen Werft direkt unterhalb liegt. Sackgassenlage, wenig Fahrzeugverkehr. Es handelt sich um das oberste Apartment. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das linke Nachbarapartment nicht belegt. Im rechten Apartment war nur für ein paar Tage ein sehr ruhiges spanisches Ehepaar. Von daher können wir zum „Nachbarlärm“ nicht viel sagen. Das Zentrum von Los Gigantes war für uns zu Fuß, das Apartment liegt etwa in 60 m Höhe, gut zu erreichen. Ein Taxi kostet 3,4 0 € für die einfache Fahrt. Sie stehen direkt am Zentrum, wo es auch mehrere gute Restaurants gibt. Mit der deutschen Sprache kommt man hier nicht weiter, auch Englisch beherrscht nicht jeder. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin für die gesamte Apartmentanlage (Adriana) spricht auch nur spanisch. Das Einkaufen ist auch im Zentrum möglich. Günstiger geht es den im Ort befindlichen Supermärkten, u. a. Lidl, die aber etwas oberhalb an der Hauptstraße liegen. Wir haben anstandslos ein zweites Laken als Zudeck und zwei weitere Geschirrhandtücher erhalten. Was könnte verbessert werden: Die Sauberkeit, aufgrund des extrem kalkhaltigen Wassers lassen sich die Kalkanhaftungen im Bad, in der Küche und am Geschirr sicherlich nicht ganz vermeiden und man muss damit auch leben. Aber in den „typischen Ecken“ mussten wir doch auch andere Verschmutzungen feststellen. Die Bettwäsche war gewaschen, wies aber kleinere erkennbare ältere Flecken auf. Die wenigen deutschen Sender beim Fernseher sind unter den ca. 70 Kanälen etwas verstreut. Wenn schon zwei Fernseher vorhanden sind, dürften mehr Sender sortiert hintereinander möglich sein. Sonst ganz darauf verzichten. Aus der Kaffeekanne lässt sich kein Kaffee ohne extremes Kleckern ausschenken. Also immer gleich ein Tuch mitnehmen. Wir haben schon mehrere Apartments für unseren Urlaub gemietet. Dieses Apartment würden wir immer wieder buchen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen.

Prima Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick auf Los Gigantes, das Meer, den kleinen Hafen und die Steilküste. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Parken kann man entweder in der Tiefgarage oder direkt vor dem Haus, dort sind immer Plätze frei. Da die Wohnung in einer Einbahnstraße liegt, gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm.

Nous vous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés... La vue est époustouflante avec le port et la proximité directe des falaises’ faisant de la vaste terrasse un spectacle du matin au soir L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et tout y est fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Nous étions légèrement inquiets à cause des commentaires anciens mais le résultat était au delà de nos attentes’ d’autant que là position géographique est idéale pour visiter l’ile...
