This charming studio apartment with spacious sun-trap terrace boasts beautiful panoramic sea views of the famous Los Gigantes cliffs & the pretty marina. This is a studio apartment; within the apartment is a separated sleeping area which is separated from the kitchen by a wall (it does not have a bedroom). Views of evening sunsets from the terrace are spectacular. The studio is located within 10 minutes’ walk of pretty Los Gigantes village, with twin beds which can convert to a double bed in the bedroom area; a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area and super fast Fibre Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV and communal swimming pool, a lift and free car parking. The apartment measures approximately 36 sq m, the terrace is approx 14 sq m. The studio has a VV licence for short stays and long-term rentals are also available. There is an air conditioner and a standing fan. The studio is located in a quiet area in a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic and no noise from any restaurants or pubs.
