"All areas are clean and look new. But the restaurant staff seem to be untrained. No smiles, won't look you in the eye and the three times we asked to sit for a drink, they made us feel like we were an imposition - not welcoming. In no way felt like 5 star service.
Pool is nice but unfortunately it's a bit noisy everyday as the cleaning cart and other staff rush past. My partner and I would return to the hotel, it was really nice, plus great location, but just didn't feel like the five star service you're paying for."
