We spent one night at this hotel as part of an organized tour group. The room accommodations were very good. Quite clean and well-appointed. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hotel was on a Main Street across the street from El Corte Englaiz the major department store in Spain. Breakfast buffet was no more than satisfactory.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Common areas very comfortable. Bed very comfortable and quite room. Carpet needs replacing. Room a bit on the small side. Garage egress/ramp a bit tight. We had tea in the evenings v. good. Nice stroll 🚶 to the Mosque/Cathedral and Roman bridge Jewish quarter . Generally very pleasant visit. With a little updating the room could be 5*
The room smelt of stale cigarettes, and you could hear everyone around you the whole time. Also the pool was being refurbished (yet we weren't pre warned). Definitely not a 4 star or worth the 135 Euros we paid. Much better hotels with a better location and lower price available. Even the hostels we walked past looked nicer than this hotel!! I would only book this if it was the last option. Only plus was that it had comfy beds!
Spacey, light room with a magnificent big bed, also a modern fine bathroom. Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffe' was real nice, but was not included and quite expensive. Situated very central, a few minutes walk to the jewish quaters. We warmly recommend this hotel.
The hotel rate for this hotel is very reasonable as long as you are not expecting to much in return. Rooms are badly in need of a makeover, I refused to walk on our carpet in bare feet. The lighting in the rooms is very dim probably on purpose so you won't see the condition of the room. Yes it is as clean as you can make it all things considered. The breakfast is not worth 11€, and the service is not the friendliest. It is situated close to most amenities but as stated above you get what you pay for.
First, beware if booking through booking.com. The website list of amenities says breakfast is included, but when checking in, they state that they do no honor free breakfast if booked through booking.com. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the room quiet. They serve a good breakfast. Friendliness of staff varies. Most of the staff were very helpful. One, however, was working on the computer when we asked for direction to breakfast. Without looking up, he pointed in a direction, which ended up not being toward the breakfast. It is a walk from the hotel to the historic section, but not excessive.
My room was very clean and with an excellent view towards the pool and the courtyard. I absolutely loved to wake up with that image! The breakfast was good, the staff helpful and the decorations of the hotel really made you feel like you are in Spain.
My room was very clean and spacious. excellent bed and bathroom very good as well. Breakfast was well presented with fresh produce and tea, coffee and juices. I felt as though the hotel staff were very nice they appeared to be too few of them. A bit harassed, under pressure.
Staff were helpful, spoke good English. The room was a bit small and dark, but okay if you only intend to use it for sleeping in. 10-15 min walk to the mezquita. Basic but adequate breakfast. Not spectacular, but a fine mid-range hotel.
nice clean hotel , quit area , lack of English , not much crowd , restaurant empty only us , breakfast is mmm good but not the best , bar is empty day and night , staff doing their job only don't expect more , but all in all .. it was good
