Best of all, it is a quiet family condominium complex with only 36 units. There is always plenty of space at the large pool and on the private beach. There are lush landscaped ground surrounding the buildings to create attractive green spaces. Emerald Hill is located along the paved path for easy walking, running, or biking.

Our unit, Emerald Escape, has been completely renovated with porcelain tile floors, rugs, and carpet. It has upholstered furniture, original art, and decorator design personal touches. It is our family’s home away from home and we enjoy sharing it with our guests. VRBO facilitates communication directly with the owner and I take great pride in managing our condominium and sharing it with our guests, who become friends.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the home's array of amenities, including free Mediacom WiFi and a TV streaming service to stay connected. The fully stocked kitchen complete with a full-size oven, refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and Keurig allow you to easily prepare delicious meals. The dining table for 6 and 3 barstools provide the perfect setting for sharing quality time. There is a convenient full-size washer and dryer for clothes and towels during your stay.

When it's time to unwind, retreat to the cozy main floor living room and enjoy the TV, games, or books. Step outside and enjoy one of the two balconies while taking in the serene water views, dining, or relaxing in a rocking chair.

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms. There is a comfortable primary king bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. The queen bedroom features an additional set of bunk beds and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have storage closets and chests. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and the owner provides quality linens for all beds and bathrooms.

The lower ground level features a garage with storage, a driveway, and 1 additional parking pass to use in the parking lot. There is adequate parking for 3 cars. All EH 2 bedroom units are townhouse style with 3 levels. Please consider the 2 sets of stairs when choosing a condominium for young children or anyone with limited mobility.

Emerald Hill is a quiet family environment. We do not allow parties, large groups, loud gatherings, loud music, unruly behavior, or late hours. It is our goal that everyone visiting EH has an enjoyable experience.
No renter golf carts on EH property.
No tents or canopies allowed on the beach, only 6’ umbrellas for shade.
No renter pets at EH.
