This is a great place to stay with or without kids!

Very happy with our stay. Communication with hostess was excellent & we felt safe and comfortable (as comfortable as we could with 4 under 4). Beach was great, pool was great- location was great.. all around a great trip!

Great family place

Great family place! Ready access to the pool and beach. Great location, not too build up but relatively close to the action. Security on the beach was a huge plus!

Great place to stay with family!

We had such a great trip to Sherrie's Condo! The check-in and check-out process was so smooth and she checked in on us throughout our stay. We had everything we needed for a great vacation with our kids! Highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back!

Great mother/daughter beach vacay!

Location was great! The condo was well equipped and provided great space for our group. Our host was great at communicating and providing any information we needed. I highly recommend choosing this spot for your 30a vacay!!

Great location and great place

Property is on the beach and was an incredible place to stay for my family. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve had and she was very helpful. It was very spacious and perfect my wife and I and our 3 kids who are 10 and under. Definitely coming back again and recommend!

Summer trip with grands!

We loved the location - it was very close to many of the restaurants, the beach and the pool. Our grands were at the age of wanting more extracurricular things to do, but we rented bikes and spent most of our time at the beach and pool.

Amazing vacation!!!

The property is everything we'd hoped it would be and Sherrie is incredible. Thank you for being so accommodating and easy to communicate with, not having to worry about a thing at the condo (along with the amazing location) helped make this one of our favorite vacations ever!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was amazing, the condo was great, and Sherrie was the most accommodating host we've ever worked with. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Sherrie’s Beach House

Beautiful and well equipped beach vacation condo. The condo location is a two minute walk to the beach. Owner is very willing to help you have a great stay at the beach with a complete kitchen set-up and comfortable bed.

Perfect for families!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo itself is located in a very quaint complex with easy beach access. Everything you could possibly need for your little ones is provided, and it made our whole trip so much more enjoyable/stress-free! We also really appreciated the clear communication leading up to our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect and Convenient

The location and convenience of this place can’t be beat. It is right on the beach which was perfect for us and our kids. The condo was clean and well kept, and the communication with the owner and manager was excellent. We’ll definitely be back to stay here.

Great Family Get-away

Emerald Hill is a very clean, nice & family-oriented community. The Mom's Beach Home was clean and furnished with plenty of necessities to make your Beach get-away great! The location of the property was good for eating out and shopping. The proximity of the condo to the beach access was very easy. Overall - it was a super place and we will go back again!

Great family condo

This was a great spot for our family. The condo has lots of kids' toys, books and games. The kitchen was well-stocked and functional. We enjoyed the condo pool and quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this condo to others!

Perfect home away from home!

Absolutely everything about this trip and property was as advertised and perfect! The beach is in your backyard with plenty of toys and items available on property to significantly reduce what you need to pack. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities both on property and in the area. Best of all was the host, Sherrie. Her communications are top notch and you know she really cares about her guests. Don’t hesitate to book this ideal property for families!!

Great visit

We loved our time at this condo. Beach was a very short walk and Sherrie had all the beach accessories that we needed. The rental was very friendly and set up to keep our toddler and 7 year old happy and occupied. Bike rental location was right across the street.
