Perfect Stay

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, minutes from everything but not right in the middle of all the hustle and the bustle. The house is extremely clean! The POOL is the icing on the cake! If you can't get in the water at the beach, no problem! We will definitely book this house again!

Beach, Private Pool and room for Pickleball!!

A perfect vacation. We stayed with our 5 kids and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful, with everything we needed. and in a quiet neighborhood!! Everything was so clean. Minutes from the beach and a great selection of restaurants. We enjoyed the two screened porches. The pool is completely private from the view of neighbors with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The paved camper pad was ideal for setting up our pickleball net. By far the best vacation rental we've found!! We will be back!!

My family had a great stay at this home. The location was peaceful, just off the busy path and close enough to get anywhere in a few minutes. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. Love the private heated pool and lounge chairs. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Outstanding

This was our second time staying at Nautical Dreams. My wife and I were here for a week celebrating our anniversary. The house was very clean and the communication from the hosts were excellent. The pool and backyard space was our favorite. After a long day at the beach we enjoyed relaxing by the pool (with waterfall). We enjoyed it so much we've already booked this house again in a few weeks for a family trip with our kids. 5 stars for Nautical Dreams!

This was an amazing stay and the property was just as pictured. The back yard with the pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas were so incredible!! Fantastic stay. Beach Luxury Vacations was an exceptional host and spent extra time helping us arrange excursions, boat rentals, grocery delivery and photos!!!

Great stay!

We fell in love with Santa Rosa Beach! The area is fantastic (although very busy) but the house is in a great location. Close enough to get to the action but just far enough away that it’s very quiet. Even with neighbors all around it felt secluded. The pool was fantastic and where we spent most of our days. The house had everything we needed and enough space for our crew! Would definitely recommend this house for others!

Great area and property!

Beach Luxury Vacations responsiveness was amazing! The home was clean, new, and well taken care of. The backyard was very large for this area. We loved the privacy and how you could be so close to everything but still have such a quiet and peaceful vacation. This was such a nice area to be in for a break.
