This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage sits beautifully in the tall pines, just off the west end of Scenic Highway 30A. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the kitchen is open and spacious with a large island for gathering the family for fish taco night. After dinner this open concept home is perfect for a fun game of charades, or movie night.

During the day, you’ll enjoy our amazing gulf coast with the beach being just over a mile away or check out Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to see true Florida cypress swamps. After spending the day hiking in the state park, or biking to the beach via the Timpoochee bike trail, you’ll love sitting on the large screen porch reminiscing about your day. There’s also a dining table for outdoor porch dining.

Mockingbird Cottage is also located near some incredible, locally owned, restaurants like Stinky’s Fish Camp only 1.3 miles away, Louis Louis 2.4 miles away, and if you prefer some classic southern, deep fried, delicious seafood, check out Elmo’s Grill where you’ll dine on rustic picnic tables.
