A laundry room with HE washer and dryer, office nook with built in desk and chair, as well as a powder room completes the main living areas. There is a gas grill conveniently located on the deck right outside the door.

With three king master suites and two additional bedrooms with bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone in your group. The second floor king master suite includes a private balcony overlooking the pocket park and features comfortable seating. An expansive centrally located bedroom suite with dual twin bunks shares a spacious hall bath with the additional bedroom with a set of built-in twin bunk beds. You’ll find another king master suite nestled at the opposite end of the hall, providing even more room to enjoy. A secondary living room greets you at the top of the stairs and includes a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV – perfect for extra guests!

A conveniently located gas grill is available outside the door for at-home barbecue, and plenty of cooking amenities can be found inside the kitchen for those who desire to make most meals in the house. A full-sized crib is available for rental upon request, for an additional $100 added to the stay. The home is equipped with UV light sanitation in its air ducts, as well as 4-carbon filter HEPA air purifiers inside the rooms for improved air quality during your visit. This home adheres to a very strict NON SMOKING/ NO PET policy to ensure a comfortable stay for even those with the most sensitive allergies. The home is carpet-free, and uses hypoallergenic organic chemicals for cleaning and washing of all the linens to prevent any unexpected irritations while on vacation.

The Crossing District is one of the newer locations in Watercolor, and features gorgeous landscaped areas, the large Dragonfly Pool complete with outdoor fireplace, water features, dining and grills. It is close proximity to shopping and dining, as well as a short distance to nearby Seaside and the Gulf. This beautiful comes with 4 adult bikes and a 6 seater 3-row street legal electric GOLF CART for easy transportation to and from all your favorite places nearby. The closest public beach is .2 miles away easily accessed on 30A, and of course the Watercolor Beach Club is just a short drive further down. This home INCLUDES access to all Watercolor amenities, and has parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Other vehicles can be safely parked nearby in approved Watercolor parking pads, conveniently located throughout the property.
