Great location with a short walk to the beach. All staff was very friendly and was helpful that most of them also spoke English. Modern facilities and great views of the mountains and ocean.
Horel was well maintained but even being on the 9th floor didn't shield us from blaring music by the waterfront all night long. We didn't sleep at all. Also the anthem playing at 4 am interrupted our sleep as well as did a training or marching session in mid morning hrs. Terrible. Room service also had to be frequently called for towel service.

This was a luxurious hotel with great amenities, great food, and the nicest and most convenient location in Santa Marta. A few minutes away are the Marina and the Novio Park with all the restaurants and street food you desire. The pool was also fantastic! I wish I could have stayed longer. Lastly, the AC in the rooms works perfectly-you can’t say the same for a lot of air conditioning at other hotels. 5 out of 5

Air conditioning to not work! I stayed five nights 2 nights the air conditioning turned off at night! I could not sleep! Told the front desk in the management has not responded to my concern ! Do not like the design of the rooms! View from room a bay was excellent. But Bathroom very small shower very small! Cost of breakfast very high, cost of all other thanks more expensive or as much as United States! I would highly recommend stain at the Hilton garden instead! Location is the same better view of Bay from rooftop pool! Better rooms much bigger much better bathrooms! I would never stay at the AC hotel Marriott again!! I also
