It was very clean love the beach

Beautifull 16th floor restaurant and great pools

Jis place was terrible! The rooms smells like mildew and so do the blankets and towels. Also there is a lot of construction going on and the place is packed. The free breakfast is sub par and you have to sit in a patio fighting with birds so they don’t eat your food (they are very aggressive!), the staff chases them away with water. Finally, our check out process was the worst we were standing in line for one hour and still not luck! There were dozens of people checking out and just one person helping them. It was terrible cause someone had to radio from your room to verify your consumptions and then the process was very manual at least 15 min per person... I approached the lady at the desk as I had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait any longer, she couldn’t have cared less and said I had to wait. Told her I couldn’t risk my flight left my cards and went to get a taxi (btw if you order a taxi to the hotel for their staff prices are double, just woke to the corner outside and some local taxis will provide you with cheaper and better service). I got an email from them later on the day saying that I needed to make a transfer to their Colombian saving back account to pay for the bottle of water I consumed. I replied that they could use my credit card on file and explained the situation and the poor customer service... again, they didn’t care.

Over-priced, old hotel and dirty rooms (Precisely the bathroom). No water sport (not even a Kayak) Ran out of toilet paper. House keeping didn´t leave any extra toilet paper, just the one.

its a nice hotel, very nice staff but be careful, hotel tax is not included it advertised price, so figure in another $ 35 USD per day in the price. also, bed mattresses can be a little hard.
