■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
• Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
• Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
• Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
• Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

• Is Santa Cruz Beach swimmable? Yes. Santa Cruz Beach is generally calm and well suited for swimming. Ocean conditions can vary, so guests should always follow local safety recommendations.
