This place is pretty fantastic. The photos are totally accurate. I also appreciated the how helpful the host was with suggestions (scooter rental). The security guys were non-invasive and super helpful in getting taxis. The only reason this place is so cheap is due to all the development happening around it. It'll be 700 a night within a year or two.
