I’m pleased with the property facility and convenience location to the beach. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with facilities requirements. The only bad thing regarding this hotel is very loud at night as it’s right on the club and bar area of Zicatela Beach.

Location was excellent but the amazing service is what made this place so outstanding. Was greeted warmly and the young lady at reception was so quick to assist with a smile. The hotel is a quiet and calm place to rest. The staff is composed of great people always smiling and ready to help. The room was always clean and overall, this is a great place to rest and to have great food in the restaurant.

The rooms were very outdated, and they never sent me the pdf with the rules. It never was mentioned we couldn't have guest in our room and were rudely told when we had someone who wanted to visit us. The women working in the front desk were rude and couldn't even say good morning. The only pleasant employee was the older gentlemen.
