This wonderful house has a fantastic private salt swimming pool, - 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.5 m deep -, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as several terraces perfectly furnished to prepare delicious barbecues outdoors and enjoy the good weather with an aperitif or a drink. The beach is only 300 metres away, so you can reach it on foot at any time. The terrace has an outdoor shower. Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, perfect for organising memorable banquets and relaxing in the company of the SAT-TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-conditioning.
