Private Finca Hideaway with Pool and Mountain Views

Welcome to Can Punyetes – a private finca for those who value peace, open space, and outdoor living. Start your day with the sunrise over the mountains, spend hours at your private pool (7 × 3 m), and enjoy long meals under the pergola. Beaches and the sea are just a few minutes' drive away; we highly recommend renting a car. This place is ideal for couples, two pairs of friends, quiet adults, or a small family.



The outdoor area is the heart of the house: dining table, lounge, sun loungers, hanging chair, hammock, outdoor shower, and built-in barbecue. From the terrace and pool, you have panoramic views of the Serres de Llevant nature reserve. Olive, almond, lemon, and fig trees surround you with Mediterranean greenery. Depending on the season, you can enjoy fruit straight from the tree. The finca’s natural setting is part of its charm; depending on the time of year, you may encounter ants, mosquitoes, small flies, or wasps.



Inside, Can Punyetes has a personal touch. Antiques, natural materials, art, and unique finds give the rooms warmth and character. Three individually designed bedrooms accommodate up to five guests. The kitchen is well equipped; spices, oil, and vinegar are provided.



A regional welcome treat awaits you. You’ll also find tips for beaches, restaurants, and excursions. The finca is self-sufficient in energy and water. There is no classic air conditioning; fans are available in the bedrooms.



The finca is home to Botas, a friendly house cat who lives only outdoors and is not allowed inside. We ask you to feed him; food is provided. For many, he quickly becomes part of the finca experience. If you have a strong cat allergy, fear, or dislike of cats, Can Punyetes may not be the right place for you.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Sehr schöne Finca, im (Hoch-)Sommer etwas warm

Pros: Sehr schöne, ländliche Finca zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe war wirklich sehr sehr angenehm. Paar Haustiere dabei (2 Katzen, Gecko´s, Schildkröten :-), aber nix was uns gestört hätte. Seit 2024 mit einem schönen Pool, der auch bei den Temperaturen notwendig ist. Ohne Pool keine Abkühlung, das wäre schon schwierig. Cons: Begrüßung durch 2 Hauskatzen muss man mögen, wenn es vorher nicht kommuniziert wird und man muss auch mit den Tieren umgehen können. Für uns kein Problem, weil auch Katzenbesitzer. Pool muss aber auch täglich gereinigt werden, gehört dann zum Morgenprogramm. Auch wenn ÖKO-Finca, wäre eine Lüftung / Klima sinnvoll, damit man Abends zumindest mal die Hitze aus dem Gebäude bekommt, da das glaube nicht wirklich gedämmt ist. Das wird gerade Nachts schon sehr warm.

Pros: ökologischer Ansatz, tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeber und vor Ort Betreuung, Atmosphäre und vibes der Finca und der Umgebung, Austattung komplett, Aussenküche macht einfach nur Spass
