Cosy farmhouse in the northern area of Mallorca.



Capacity for 4 people.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table that connects to the living room, which has comfortable furniture and satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.

The house is air-conditioned with air conditioning and for the winter months there is a pellet stove.

Magnificent and charming outdoor area. Fenced pool of 3x5 metres, play area with swings, ping pong table and toys at your disposal, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity and air conditioning: 25 kW per day included, after 0.38 Eur/kW according to consumption.

- Pellet bag 10.00 Eur.

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
