Cosy villa in Santa Margalida, perfect for families with children.



It is located in the north of the island in an excellent area for inland and beach tourism.

The house is very spacious, open kitchen and living room, all fully equipped so that you lack nothing during your holidays. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside there is a lovely area for children where they will do nothing but have fun, there are toys, slide, swing, sandpit.....

For adults, there is also a ping pong table.

The pool (4x8) is completely fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.



There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture to enjoy the best meals with family or friends.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

Die Finca war uns als Familie perfekt. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen, Essen, Schlafen. Unsere Kinder liebten es, auf der Einfahrt mit den bereits vorhandenen Fahrrädern und Rollern herumzufahren. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden Durch die Abgelegenheit der Finca konnten wir richtig entspannen und den herrlichen Ausblick geniessen.

La maison est au milieu de la campagne, très paisible mais à distance tout à fait raisonnable des premières plages (10-15min). L'extérieur est plus qu'agréable et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons!

Ruhe und Natur für die ganze Familie

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren Anfang April mit unseren Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Abends ließ sich das Haus super mit dem Kamin beheizen. Die Lage und Umgebung ist sehr privat und perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Trotzdem ist man in 15 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt und Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Fina für die gesamte Familie.

Wir hatten uns super wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage um Mallorca zu erkunden. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage bei 38 Grad.
