My husband and I have stayed several times at the hotel. The location is excellent. The check out time has changed. Now it is at 10:00AM. Why? It would be nice to have until noon, like most places.

Central location, Very Clean, Exceptional Staff, Makes Business Travel a Breeze

Just like being in an apartment. Two tvs, cuisinart coofee pot. Nice.

It was a really nice experience overall. The room were a lot better that they looked in the pictures. They were more like suite and would be great for family or guest.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was only a 7 minute walk to the center of town, the Santa Fe Plaza, which made for lots of sightseeing, shopping and authentic eating. In a different direction, we were only a 7 minute walk from one of the major shopping centers, which made grocery shopping and a specialized gym for our daughter very convenient. The reception area of our apartment hotel was beautifully furnished in Southwestern style, the gym facility was above average for a timeshare property, and the staff were always helpful and attentive.

With most of the restaurants and interesting locations in close proximity, the hotel was in ideal location. But the spacious room had thin walls with snoring, yelling, flushing and every little sound from the next room clearly audible. Couldn't get a sound sleep :(

Nice condo, walking distance to plaza. Helpful staff. Great space.

Booked last minute, it was fairly expensive but it was peak season. There were dead beetles in the room and it smelled like stale cinnamon.

Perfect for the price. Great location. Great amenities. Perfect last minute accommodation.

We stayed here for 6 nights with two young children, and overall it was amazing value. The location was great! Very central to everything. We loved having a kitchen. There was no maid service, but we were okay with that. The only damper on our stay was a really yucky burnt smell that never really went away during our stay. We'd get used to it after a few minutes, but walking in the room, you were hit with the odor. The hotel was full while we were there, and occasionally, the parking lot would be full. I saw other guests that were really upset about that. We never used the pool or hot tub because we were too busy. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a well-run property with good staff. It's a great value for the location.

I was looking for a budget hotel that was walking distance from the plaza. The Villas met my expectation. Easy access, clean, large suites with kitchenettes. Glad I found it and I recommend it to other budget travelers who don't mind walking.

This Hotel was an outstanding value. Great location just a couple of blocks away from the central square.

Centrally located in Santa Fe. Staff provides shuttle to most places in the downtown area . Computers and a printer readily available. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Never saw a hottub as large. Excellent restaurants close by. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Very good value.

Had to make two separate reservations for the Thanksgiving. First reservation said it was a deluxe accomodation. Yes, it had a fireplace, but it was a handicapped room--fine if you need that but odd if you don't; bed was practically on the floor; handicapped shower and kitchen; room on first floor overlooking parking lot. Second reservation was much better. Nice, quiet room. Like to stay here for the convenience of location. Spa fee is a joke. What are you getting for that? A small pool, coffee in lobby and workout center.

Excellent location just a few blocks from the Plaza. Very comfortable room and bed. Adequate parking. Plenty of equipment in the fitness center for working out. Quiet. The hot tub with the snow falling was great. Very reasonable price for the money.

We were extremely pleased with everything during our stay at in Santa Fe, NM. The room and amenities were even better than we expected, the staff very courteous and helpful, and the shuttle service was prompt and saved us lots of walking and hunting for parking. We will definately use this facility again when in Santa Fe!

Great service and great rooms. Very comfortable condo living and close walk to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Santa Fe and the Villas helped make this a great visit. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Suite had large comfortable bedroom. The living/ kitchen was well equipped and spacious. A 10 minute walk to the Plaza, a quiet neighborhood and easy access to US 84 made the location perfect. We would stay here if we return to Santa Fe.

We stayed here one night, on our way to Arizona. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed/pull-out couch suite. The king bed was great and the couch was okay, not great (no hard bars going through it). The hotel was close to downtown and lots of attractions.
