Good location. Of you want to walk to the plaza, though people will stare at you for doing so, you can. Beer attentive, personable, and caring staff. Free laundry. Really. Staggering with a toddler this was gold in and of itself. The staff just brought it up to Platinum.

Great location, less than half a mile walk to historic downtown of Santa Fe. Suite will appointed, and clean. You get bedroom with comfortable bed anf TV, living-room with large screen TV, fireplace and dining corner, and full equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, bread-toaster, and even mixer with dine-ware utensils And even cooking pots. Staff very friendly. Service good. Parking adequate. There is free wifi though relatively slow at about only 6 mbs.

Great staff. Transport available to downtown Santa Fe. Rooms nice except for squeaky doors to bedroom, and bathroom. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Had laundry room and pool table.

Comfortable, well appointed suite close to the plaza

This used to be our favorite hotel. This time the hot tubs (very important to us) were in terrible shape. The jets were not working on either one and the small was VERY dirty! Most of the staff was excellent as usual with the exception of one. When we informed him about the tubs his answer was that they never worked (not true since guests that were there a night before said it was working). The next day, we saw the same staff member driving the hotel car and honking impatiently to pedestrians on the cross walk while the pedestrians had the right of way. I hope the management will look more carefully at these details as the location is prime.

Close to downtown, half mile walk. Hotel has great amenities; free laundry, pool table, pool, hot tub. Hotel offers a shuttle which will take you anyplace in town. Facilities are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Santa Fe.

I suppose the first thing I should point out is that this is a time-share facility. The rooms are all suites with a kitchenette, sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. If you only staying for a couple nights you might be better elsewhere unless you really plan to take advantage of the kitchenette area which could've had a few more dinnerware items available. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were still open in December if you're into that kind of thing. No complimentary breakfast and no restaurant next door or just around the corner. Our room was on the first floor which was actually closer to a half-basement. It was also a handicap room which meant open areas under the sinks/counters to fit a wheel chair, bed close to the floor and walk-in shower. We didn't consider this an inconvenience though so didn't ask for another room. What I thought was odd and inconvenient about the room was that you had to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Thus if someone was in the bathroom you either had to wait or interrupt them in order to move between rooms. My last comment would be that while functional the furniture and cabinetry was old and outdated. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen had loose hinges and some drawers were racking and difficult to close. The location was okay for me. We were probably a half-mile from the Santa Fe Plaza which is a reasonable walk in my mind but maybe too far for others. Keep in mind that parking in Santa Fe is not always available.

It Would Be Nice If This Hotel Have Fresh Pastry Or Bagels In Morning Along With The Coffee They Serve.

Walk to the Plaza and all the shops and museums. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Having a suite with small kitchen is great.

Conveniently located apartments, staff does not clean the room during your stay, but you can get fresh towels. No breakfast on site, but apartments have full kitchens. Small pool, not too crowded.

Our room was comfortable with a separate sitting room and kitchen, and even a balcony. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the common areas were very nice as well. The location was ideal for walking to the Plaza in downtown. The rate was very reasonable as well.

Suite is really nice and clean with small Kitchen, balcony. Hotel provided a shuttle bus to central plaza which is about 10-15minute walk in a quite neighborhood. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. As we are on a cross country drive tour, I wish Diamond resorts have establishment at every place we visited. We have stayed at Diamond resorts in Sedona, Tucson and now Santa Fe. Will definitely come back next time when we visit Santa Fe.

My husband and I have stayed several times at the hotel. The location is excellent. The check out time has changed. Now it is at 10:00AM. Why? It would be nice to have until noon, like most places.

Central location, Very Clean, Exceptional Staff, Makes Business Travel a Breeze

Just like being in an apartment. Two tvs, cuisinart coofee pot. Nice.

It was a really nice experience overall. The room were a lot better that they looked in the pictures. They were more like suite and would be great for family or guest.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was only a 7 minute walk to the center of town, the Santa Fe Plaza, which made for lots of sightseeing, shopping and authentic eating. In a different direction, we were only a 7 minute walk from one of the major shopping centers, which made grocery shopping and a specialized gym for our daughter very convenient. The reception area of our apartment hotel was beautifully furnished in Southwestern style, the gym facility was above average for a timeshare property, and the staff were always helpful and attentive.

With most of the restaurants and interesting locations in close proximity, the hotel was in ideal location. But the spacious room had thin walls with snoring, yelling, flushing and every little sound from the next room clearly audible. Couldn't get a sound sleep :(
